Common use of Off Shift Premium Clause in Contracts

Off Shift Premium. Employees working on other than the regular day shift will receive for time worked on such shifts, off-shift premium pay of fifty (50¢) cents per hour afternoon shift and fifty (50¢) cents - per hour night shift in addition to their regular pay, providing that the majority of the allocated working hours fall outside the limits of the regular day shift.

Off Shift Premium. Employees working on other than the regular day shift will receive for time worked on such shifts, off-shift premium pay of fifty $1.30 (50¢one dollar & thirty cents) cents per hour on afternoon shift and fifty $1.80 (50¢one dollar & eighty cents) cents - per hour on night shift in addition to their regular pay, providing that the majority of the allocated working hours fall outside the limits of the regular day shift.
