Seniority Records. Seniority records will be made available to the Union once per month on the final working day of the month.
Seniority Records. 14.4.1 MCOE shall maintain a record for determining order of layoff which includes the hire date of each employee in a child development permit teacher position. Such record shall be made available to CSEA upon request. Employees may bring to MCOE’s attention any objection to their seniority record. Objections must be made within five (5) working days of the date MCOE makes the record available, to allow the MCOE time to review the record, and if necessary, correct any error contained therein. Otherwise, the seniority record shall be deemed to be correct.
Seniority Records. A) The Operations Supervisor with the support of the Human Resources Division shall maintain a current record of individual Transit Seniority for each employee in the Transit Bargaining Unit.
B) The individual Transit Seniority records shall be adjusted to reflect any periods of exclusion from seniority, with written notification to the negatively affected employees.

E) Current copies of the Transit Seniority list shall be maintained by the Transit Division and the Human Resources Division. The City of Yakima Charter Civil Service Commission's Seniority list will be available from the Human Resource Manager upon request.

One (1) copy shall be provided to the Chief Shop Xxxxxxx which shall contain the employee’s most recent telephone numbers. Additional copies will be provided upon request.
Seniority Records. The Company will furnish to the Union the first of every month or upon request a status change summary and seniority list by location, by classification, and by seniority within each classification. The Company shall provide this information to the Union in a compatible electronic form. These lists will include name, employee number, rate, name of job classification, sex, shift and seniority date. If the information cannot be delivered electronically for any reason, the Company will furnish a paper copy to the Union as soon as possible.
Seniority Records. The seniority records for employees shall be maintained by the Employer, shall be provided to the Union, and shall be updated annually. A similar list will be posted on all bulletin boards where bargaining unit personnel are employed. Objections to the list may be filed as a grievance, and corrections will be made appropriately.

E) Copies of the individual records and the seniority list shall be forwarded by the Operations Supervisor to the Human Resources Department with the individual records to be placed in the respective personnel files.
Seniority Records. The Company will furnish the Union Seniority Specialist with a listing of pre-bids, seniority board, copies of pre-bids, master file, job awards, postings, new hire starting tickets, cutback letters, changes in the pre-bid listing, and other available relevant information upon request. Seniority records shall be maintained by the Company and will be made available to the Union upon request. The Union will not be unreasonable in making such requests. It is agreed that the Union may appoint two (2) Seniority Specialists to work on seniority problems and to answer questions concerning seniority procedures.
