Off Shift Premium. Effective August 1, 2011, each Employee shall receive an off-shift premium of fifty cents ($0.50) per hour for all hours worked on shifts commencing at 1:00 p.m. to 6:59 p.m., and seventy-five cents ($0.75) per hour for all hours worked on shifts that commence after 7:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.
