Common use of Off Shift Premium Clause in Contracts

Off Shift Premium. Employees required to work their hours between 5 p.m. and midnight (0:00), Monday through Friday inclusive, shall be paid a premium of twenty-five (25¢) cents for all such hours or portion of an hour worked. Off shift premium shall not be added to an employee’s hourly rate of pay for the purpose of computing overtime.
