Beginning July 1, 2019 and thereafter during the term of this Agreement, the CONTRACTOR shall operate the Recycling Drop-Off Site at the Xxxxxx City Sanitary Landfill, Carson City, Nevada, and any future site within the CITY upon receipt of sixty (60) days written notice of the change. The Recycling Drop-Off Sites shall accept materials listed Exhibit 5. The CONTRACTOR is responsible to maintain Recycling Drop-Off site, provide adequate collection of materials, and clean up any spilled materials or overages. The CONTRACTOR will respond to CITY staff requests for the service of this area within 24 hours of notification.
