Parking Reimbursement. Employees eligible for reimbursement under the provisions of Section 2 shall be entitled to reimbursement for actual parking expenses incurred in connection with the performance of their duties during the monthly period utilized for calculation of mileage reimbursement. Reimbursable parking expenses shall be those expenditures actually incurred by an employee for parking at a facility other than the facility designated as the employee's headquarters for purposes of mileage reimbursement. Such expenses shall not include any expenditures by the employee at any public or private parking facility when such facility is utilized by the employee for access to and from his normal place of business. Management may impose reasonable requirements on any employee for reporting date, location, duration, reasons and cost of parking for purposes of reimbursement.
Parking Reimbursement. Employees will be reimbursed for any parking expenses incurred as a result of travel for work related business. Employees will make a good faith effort to minimize any such expense. Employees may park free of charge at any Department controlled garage/lot for work related business. The City will provide parking to employees free of charge at their regularly assigned workplace (I.e.- headquarters or a precinct).
Parking Reimbursement. Parking is to be reimbursed to an eligible officer when required to pay for parking in the Perth CBD as the result of the employee, going to or returning from official business outside the Perth CBD. This is to be limited to a maximum claim of 15 hours parking (e.g. 6 days X 2.5 hours) at the Perth Council Parking Rate as per His Majesty City Council Parking per person per month. Those parking costs incurred outside the Perth CBD resulting from official business are claimable in full. These amounts will be reimbursed upon production of receipt and claimed via the approved Claim Form.
Parking Reimbursement. The parties recognize that daily parking expenses are a normal and customary cost of employment and solely the responsibility of the employee. If the Employer requires an employee to report to a worksite for all or part of a work shift and in so doing causes the employee to incur parking expenses beyond those normally paid, the Employer shall reimburse the employee for the actual amount of the additional parking expenses up to a maximum of eight ($8) dollars per day. Any employee reassigned from a work site with free parking for a period in excess of five (5) consecutive work days shall be responsible for his/her own parking expenses.
Parking Reimbursement. Effective no sooner than September 1, 2021, parking reimbursement up to a maximum of $100.00 per month for full time employees and up to a maximum of $50.00 for part-time employees who work at least twenty (20) hours per week shall be provided to employees who drive their own car to AHS work location and pays for parking in a lot. Employees shall submit documentation as required by the Agency to receive a reimbursement. An employee shall not receive both a transportation voucher and parking reimbursement during the same month.
Parking Reimbursement. Metro Area: May 1, 2016 the parking reimbursement for the University of Minnesota Twin City Campuses and downtowns St. Xxxx and Minneapolis shall be reimbursed $5.00 per day, receipts required except where honor boxes are used. The parking reimbursement shall become $8.00 effective May 1, 2017. • No parking shall be reimbursed in the following areas: Chapter #8 – Southeast, Minnesota, Chapter 4 – Central, Minnesota, Chapter 15 – Northwest, Minnesota and Chapter 3 – Northeast, Minnesota. • Mankato Area: $7.00 p/day from May 1, 2016 to April 30, 2019. Receipt required. Employer has the option of providing free parking or shuttle. The shop Xxxxxxx shall not be discharged for performing the normal duties of a shop Xxxxxxx in a reasonable manner, and the Employer shall recognize the right of the Union to designate (from among the Employee’s on the job) and authorize the shop Xxxxxxx to see that the employer remains in compliance with all provisions of this Agreement. If a question arises as to the discharge of a shop Xxxxxxx, then a hearing with the Union or its representative shall be arranged and held before any such discharge shall become effective, provided that said hearing shall be conducted within 24 hours of notice of layoff or discharge. The Employers and the Union recognizing the necessity of eliminating restriction and promoting efficiency, agree that no rules, customs or practices shall be permitted that limit production or increase the time required to do the work. No limitation shall be placed on the amount of work which an Employee shall perform during the workday, nor shall there be any task or piecework. So-called Area Practices, which are not a part of this collective bargaining agreement, should not be recognized and they should not be enforced. There shall be no limit on production or workmen, nor shall the Employers be hindered or prevented in using any type or quantity of machinery, tools or appliances, and may secure materials or equipment from any market or source he sees fit without interference of any kind.
Parking Reimbursement. Section 1. Parking spaces shall be provided by the Employer at no expense to the employees.
Parking Reimbursement.
9.5.1 Each employee of the Central Library shall be reimbursed for actual demonstrated parking expenses up to a limit of the cost of a monthly parking permit in the City of Santa Xxxx Parking Facility #3.
9.5.2 Alternatively, eligible employees will be reimbursed for bus fares.
9.5.3 Employees assigned to a location other than the Central Library shall be reimbursed for actual, demonstrated parking expenses, up to a limit of the maximum daily rate in the City of Santa Xxxx Parking Facility #3, incurred when attending meetings (or performing other library work) at the Central Library.
