On-Site Installation. 6.1. The Customer grants to Edge the rights of ongoing, physical and remote, access to the property, premises, and networks that the Customer controls to the extent necessary for the installation, provision, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the Services. 6.2. The Customer will actively assist Edge to procure any rights of access to the property, premises, and networks that the Customer does not control to the extent necessary for the installation, provision, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the Services. 6.3. If either Edge or authorized personnel on behalf of Edge are working on the Customer’s property, premises or networks, the Customer will provide a safe and secure working environment for Edge personnel. While working on the property, premises or networks, Edge will comply with all reasonable workplace safety, security standards, and policies applicable to the Customer’s employees which are provided in writing to Edge prior thereto.

This subsection “A” regarding On-Site Installation shall apply if Customer elects, as indicated in the Purchase Agreement, to have Software and Products installed on Customer’s Servers and Client computers at Customer’s facilities (“On-Site”) instead of utilizing Cartegraph Hosting Services. a. Execution of a Purchase Agreement by Customer shall be considered as Customer’s notification to Cartegraph to proceed with delivery of the Products identified in the Purchase Agreement. b. Delivery of Software and Support shall take place reasonably quickly after execution of the Purchase Agreement. Cartegraph shall provide access to the Software to Customer in a downloadable form. Notification by Cartegraph that Software is available for download shall constitute delivery of Software and Support, regardless of when Customer downloads the Software. c. Customer shall be responsible for installation of the Client Software on Customer’s Clients, unless agreed otherwise. d. After execution of the Purchase Agreement, delivery of Services will be scheduled in cooperation with Customer. Customer shall remain responsible for Service charges even if Services are not delivered. e. Any hardware included in the Purchase Agreement shall be ordered after execution of the Purchase Agreement. Delivery of hardware will be scheduled in cooperation with Customer.
On-Site Installation. If the Client has ordered an on-site installation of MetaSolutions’ product(s), the following will apply over and above other conditions in the Agreement. (a) Basic support services in on-site installation. Basic support services provide the level of service specified in the offer presented to the Client, and constitute part of this Agreement. (b) Expanded support services in on-site installation. Extended support services provide the level of service specified in the offer presented to the Client, and constitute part of this Agreement. (c) Updating. MetaSolutions will supply updates to the Client electronically. Updates shall be installed on site, either by the Client or by MetaSolutions in accordance with MetaSolutions’ applicable hourly fees. The Client must install updates (which MetaSolutions supplies for the purpose of ensuring that the products function optimally, as well as for security-related purposes. Support for older versions of the products is offered for a maximum of two (2) years after installation.
