Onsite Manager. Developer, through an onsite professional property manager or property management company, shall manage the Project or cause it to be managed. Any manager or management company retained to act as agent for Developer in meeting the obligation of providing an onsite manager shall be subject to prior written approval of the Executive Director, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Xxxx Xxxxxxx Company (“JSC”) or another reputable and experienced property manager for management of the Project is hereby approved by Authority as the initial property manager. In exercising his/her approval rights hereunder, the Executive Director may require proof of ability and qualifications of the manager and/or management company based upon (i) prior experience, (ii) assets, and (iii) other factors determined by the Executive Director as necessary. Furthermore, upon sixty (60) days prior written demand from Authority with cause, Developer shall remove and replace a property manager and/or property management company. In any agreement with a property manager or property management company (“Management Agreement”), Developer shall expressly reserve the right to terminate such agreement upon written demand of Authority with cause. That notwithstanding, Authority agrees that the property manager shall be entitled to a 30-day notice of default and a reasonable opportunity to cure before any such termination.

Onsite Manager. The host shall provide one person to serve as the primary point of contact for the NCAA and/or their designated fan festival production agency and to serve as a local production manager for the fan festival. This person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: procuring the appropriate space, regular conference calls with the NCAA and the fan festival production agency, procuring a local audio visual company, arranging local labor, arranging advance shipping options, providing food and beverage vendors, recommending best uses of available space and resources, providing local celebrities and entertainment options, coordinating host displays, managing load-in and load-out and serving as the primary conduit of fan festival information to and from the host facility. Primary oversight of the fan festival will be handled by the NCAA and/or its designated production agency, however the local production manager will play an important role in shaping the event to meet the unique needs and opportunities of the host community.
Onsite Manager. The Licensee will provide a full-time Onsite Manager to supervise Licensee employees and cafeteria operations. The Onsite Manager will communicate regularly with the Consulate's Inspectors, members of the Cafeteria Board and customers. The Onsite Manager will solicit customer suggestions through email and suggestion boxes. The Licensee will empower the Onsite Manager to resolve customer requests and complaints.

  • SITE MANAGEMENT We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Site for violations of these Terms of Use; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms of Use, including without limitation, reporting such user to law enforcement authorities; (3) in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any of your Contributions or any portion thereof; (4) in our sole discretion and without limitation, notice, or liability, to remove from the Site or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Site in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Site.

  • Programme Management The Government will establish a programme management office and the Council will be able to access funding support to participate in the reform process. The Government will provide further guidance on the approach to programme support, central and regional support functions and activities and criteria for determining eligibility for funding support. This guidance will also include the specifics of any information required to progress the reform that may be related to asset quality, asset value, costs, and funding arrangements.

  • Manager 5.1. Rules relating to the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Managers shall be governed by the Act. Such provisions are hereinafter incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Manager shall have the powers set forth in Paragraph 5.3 below.

  • Adaptive Management ‌ This CCAA is based on the principles of Adaptive Management set out in 65 Fed. Reg. at 35,242. The adaptive management process is a structured approach for dealing with uncertainty. The adaptive management process develops hypotheses regarding uncertainty and research to test those hypotheses in an iterative process to develop effective strategies for minimizing the uncertainty. The signatories to this CCAA agree and recognize that implementation of the Conservation Strategy objectives and criteria, Conservation Measures and Actions, and the Covered Area may change as new science emerges. The effectiveness of the Conservation Strategy objectives and criteria, Conservation Measures, Conservation Actions, monitoring methods, and new technologies will be reviewed by the Administrator on an annual basis, with input from the Adaptive Management Committee. The Adaptive Management Committee will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating the effectiveness of Conservation Program under the 2020 DSL CCAA as described in Sections 2.0 and 16.1, including the effectiveness and implementation of the Conservation Strategy, Conservation Measures and Conservation Actions; setting priorities for DSL Habitat conservation and monitoring habitat loss; and recommending changes to any aspect of the Conservation Program based on new science. As a result, appropriate modifications to the Conservation Measures and Actions may be incorporated to further refine the goals and objectives of this 2020 DSL CCAA. Such modifications are incorporated into existing CIs, if they were identified in changed circumstances in the 2020 DSL CCAA. Modifications not related to changed circumstances identified in the 2020 DSL CCAA and instead related to unforeseen circumstances may be incorporated into new CIs that take effect after the modifications have been made and to existing CIs only with written consent from the Participants and Service. Additionally, research projects that are designed to determine the effectiveness of management practices will be encouraged and utilized to determine what Adaptive Management is necessary. Changes resulting from Adaptive Management will flow through the Governance structure as described in Section 2.0 of this CCAA.

In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager.
