Operational Maintenance. Operational maintenance shall be performed by bargaining unit members but not to the exclusion of management or others.
Operational Maintenance. Merchant shall facilitate the provision of Alipay Services at its own costs through keeping the relevant software and hardware of cashiers (including but not limited to Spot Payment scanner, physical circuits or networks) in a good operational condition and properly linking to Alipay’s Platform.
Operational Maintenance. The Museum shall provide custodial services, custodial and consumable supplies to maintain the building. The Museum shall be responsible for all window cleaning as well as seasonal snow and ice removal.

Except for CITY’s obligations set forth in Xxxxxxx 000, XXXXXX shall be responsible for the cost of all other maintenance relating to normal wear and tear of AMTRAK operations on the Premises and the CITY Facilities. Such maintenance shall include, but not be limited to, maintenance of all Platform lighting fixtures, poles, conduit and wiring. AMTRAK shall repair damage to the Premises or to the CITY Facilities caused by AMTRAK or resulting from AMTRAK’s normal use, repair and maintenance of the Premises or City Facilities including, but not limited to, restroom plumbing valves, toilets and fixtures, painting of threshold steps at entryways, painting of AMTRAK administrative office walls and stairs and other operational maintenance of a similar nature. All repairs shall be made in a good and workmanlike manner to the condition in which it existed prior to thedamage.
Operational Maintenance. The Lessor shall ensure Operational Maintenance and fulfill its obligations established in accordance with Appendix 4 (“Operating Expenses”) hereto, while the Lessee shall pay Operating Expenses in the manner and amount provided for herein. In case authorized bodies identify violations of the laws of the Russian Federation caused by the activity of the Lessor and/or other third parties engaged by the Lessor, making the Lessee liable for the violations committed by such persons, on the basis of an effective court decision in accordance with which the Lessee was held liable for violations caused by the activities of the Lessor, and/or third parties engaged by the Lessor, the Lessor shall immediately eliminate the respective violation and, within ten (10) business days upon receipt of the Lessee’s request, compensate the latter for the amount of penalties imposed on the Lessee in accordance with the claims/orders of the authorized bodies in connection with the activities of the Lessor and/or other third parties engaged by the Lessor that do not correspond to the purpose of the Premises and/or the Warehouse Building and Complex category in terms of fire and explosion-fire hazard, and, if applicable, compensate the Lessee (in the meaning of Article 406.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) for the amount of claims lodged against the Lessee by third parties. In the event of a disagreement regarding the Party that committed the violation, or allowed violators to enter the Complex, the Parties shall jointly check the records confirming, which Party initiated or assisted the access of the violators to the territory of the Complex.
