Operator in Charge. The operator in charge is the person identified by name or job title responsible for the real time operation of all electrical facilities related to the interconnection and owned by their organization. Operator in Charge. Member shall provide a phone number and address of an individual contact person that has knowledge of this agreement that is familiar with the installation, maintenance and operation of the Facilities or Interconnection Facilities and has the authority to disconnect the facility from the System in the event the Cooperative requires doing so.
Operator in Charge. The Cooperative and the DG Owner/Operator shall each identify an individual (by name or title) who will perform as "Operator in Charge" of the facilities and their section of the Interconnection Facilities. This individual must be familiar with this Agreement as well as provisions of other agreements and any regulations that may apply.
Operator in Charge. In the absence of the Director or his/her designee for more than three consecutive standard administrative business days, an operator shall be selected to serve as the Operator-In-Charge on a temporary basis. Such operator must have three (3) years of service and shall be paid at least a twelve percent (12%) increase.

The Member is responsible for establishing operating procedures and standards for the operation of its Generator and to designate an “Operator in Charge” who will be responsible for the safe and reliable operation of the Generator. The Member shall ensure that the Operator in Charge of the Generator is competent in the operation of the Generator and is aware of the provisions of any operating agreements and regulations relating to the safe operation of electrical power systems. The Interconnection Member shall each identify an individual (by name or title) who will perform as “Operator in Charge” of the Facilities and the Interconnection Member portion of the Interconnection Facilities. This individual must be familiar with this Agreement as well as provisions of the Rules and any other agreements or regulations that may apply.
Operator in Charge. When an employee in the Collection & Distribution is appointed by the Supervisor or Department Head to assume the responsibility of Operator in Charge (OIC) he will receive an additional premium of one dollar ($1.00) per hour above his normal pay for the full period he is so employed.
