Operator in Charge. Member shall provide a phone number and address of an individual contact person that has knowledge of this agreement that is familiar with the installation, maintenance and operation of the Facilities or Interconnection Facilities and has the authority to disconnect the facility from the System in the event the Cooperative requires doing so.
