Optional Spousal Life Insurance. Members of the Bargaining Unit who are enrolled in the Group Life Insurance plan may purchase Dependent Life Insurance in units of $10,000.00 to a maximum of $100,000.00. Such coverage will be at the member’s expense at the group rate. Amounts and insurability will be at the sole discretion of the insurance carrier.

The employee shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premiums for the optional coverage.
