Optional Spousal Life Insurance. Members of the Bargaining Unit who are enrolled in the Group Life Insurance plan may purchase Dependent Life Insurance in units of $10,000.00 to a maximum of $100,000.00. Such coverage will be at the member’s expense at the group rate. Amounts and insurability will be at the sole discretion of the insurance carrier.
