Common use of Oral Board Clause in Contracts

Oral Board. The Oral Board shall consist of three (3) members appointed by the Sheriff. One member shall be the Undersheriff and the remaining two positions will be filled from outside the Department, at least one of which will be a law enforcement officer of a rank higher than the position to be filled. The manner of selection of the members of the Oral Board shall be at the discretion of the Sheriff. Results of the written examination shall not be made available to the Oral Board.
