Order of Engagement. (a) Whenever the duties of a department (Production Management, Assistant Direction, Location Management, Editing Department, Accounting Department) are to be performed, a Department Head (i.e., Production Manager, First Assistant Director, Location Manager, Production Accountant, etc.) shall be engaged. Any subsequent Guild Members who may be engaged in a department will be engaged in the order of the next highest classification as set out in the table below. Sufficient assistants to satisfactorily carry out the duties and responsibilities of that Department shall be engaged. A department head shall not be assigned to more than one (1) Production at any one time with the exception of prep and wrap.

  • Scope of Engagement Client hereby engages each of Arete and IndieBrokers to act as co-managers of the proposed Offering on a “Best Efforts” basis. The employee must be able to perform the job within a reasonable period of orientation. Such period of orientation not to exceed thirty (30) working days.

  • Standard and Manner of Performance Contractor shall perform its obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the highest standards of care, skill and diligence in Contractor’s industry, trade, or profession. Not Exclusive. Contractor is not guaranteed any work except as expressly stated herein, and this Agreement does not create an exclusive contract for the Work.
