Organisation of working hours on an annual Sample Clauses

Organisation of working hours on an annual basis The employee and the employer may negotiate working hours on an annual basis. In such case, the total number of working days or working hours during the calendar year shall be specified. An agreement may be reached to rearrange the working hours of the employee within the daytime work period in such a manner that the employee can complete a certain number of working hours early in the year and receive time off in exchange later. Decisions on working arrangements must be pre-negotiated and documented. The working hours may not, however, contravene other provisions of the Collective Wage Agreement that provide for minimum rest and maximum number of working hours, cf. Section 2.4 and the agreement of labour market entities as regards working hours. – See Attachment on the organisation of working hours on an annual basis.
