Other Salaries. ‌ .1 Substitutes shall be classified as long-term after 15 consecutive days on the same assignment, and will be placed on the salary schedule according to their education/experience. .2 The District and Association agree that effective July 1, 2019, all full-time teachers assigned to teach the first and last period of any other day of the week at Xxxxxx Creek Middle School will be compensated with $150 per year for each day of the week they teach the first and last period of the day (maximum amount being $750 a year for someone who teaches the first and last period every day of the week). Volunteers will be used first if scheduling permits; however, if necessary, teachers may be assigned to a first and last period of the day. .3 The hourly rate shall be increased to $50 effective in the month after ratification of negotiations settlement (effective January 2023) and will be increased annually beginning in 2023-23 by any percent raise to the salary schedule.   • Salaries wages and other similar remuneration, other than a pension, paid by a Contracting State or a political subdivision or a local authority thereof to an individual in respect of services rendered to that State or subdivision or authority shall be taxable only in that State.

  • Minimum Salaries 12.1 The minimum base salary for all Bargaining Unit members shall be as follows: 12.2 The minima defined in this Article shall apply to AAUP-represented adjuncts on a pro-rated basis proportional to their percent of full- time.

  • Bonuses Executive shall be entitled to participate in discretionary bonuses or other incentive compensation programs that the Company and the Bank may award from time to time to senior management employees pursuant to bonus plans or otherwise.

  • Wages and Salaries The wages and salaries for Unit employees have been negotiated in good faith between the Union and the District and shall be as set forth in Appendix A of this Agreement. The wages and salaries set forth in Appendix A are intended to, and do, meet any prevailing wage obligations which are or may be imposed upon the District.

  • Payment of Salaries 5.5.1 Basis of Calculation The salaries of principals shall be paid fortnightly and the gross salary for a full pay period is calculated as 14/365ths of the annual salary rate. For broken periods the calculation is the number of days due multiplied by the annual rate and divided by 365. Gross salary comprises all salary and allowances (temporary and those paid on a regular basis).

  • Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions. The Annual Salary shall be reviewed, and shall be subject to change, by the Board of Directors of Employer (or the Compensation Committee thereof) at least annually while Executive is employed hereunder.

  • Annual Bonuses For each fiscal year during the term of employment, the Executive shall be eligible to receive a bonus in the amount, if any, as may be determined from time to time by the Board in its discretion.

  • Perquisites During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to receive such perquisites as are generally provided to other senior officers of the Company in accordance with the then current policies and practices of the Company.

  • Base Salary The Company shall pay to Executive a base salary (“Base Salary”) of $250,000 per year, payable in accordance with the payroll policies from time to time in effect at the Company. Executive’s Base Salary may be subject to increase (but shall not be subject to decrease) on an annual basis as the Board of Directors of the Company or any committee thereof (the “Board of Directors”) shall determine.

  • Base Compensation The Bank agrees to pay the Employee during the ----------------- term of this Agreement a salary at the rate of $185,000 per annum, payable in cash not less frequently than monthly. The Board shall review, not less often than annually, the rate of the Employee's salary, and in its sole discretion may decide to increase his salary.
