Other Staff Benefits. A Full-time or Regular Part-time Employee shall continue to participate in the group life insurance, long term disability insurance, pension plan and may continue the dental plan, voluntary group term life insurance, voluntary personal accident insurance and Blue Cross major medical plan. The Employee's portion of the applicable premiums and pension contributions would be deducted from the Supplementary Employment Benefit payments made by the University up to a maximum of seventeen (17) weeks. Although eligibility for long term disability benefits is maintained, benefit payments will not be made during the term of the pregnancy leave.

  • STAFF BENEFITS 7.1.1 The present staff benefits consisting of the University of Manitoba Pension Plan (1993), Group Term Life Insurance Plan, Group Term Dependent Insurance Plan, Accidental Death and Dismemberment (Basic), Accidental Death and Dismemberment (Voluntary), University of Manitoba Long-Term Disability Income Plan, Group Health Insurance Policy 20778 GH (including the Health Care Spending Account), Group Dental Plan Policy 67000, and the University Employee Assistance Program shall continue to cover eligible Members for the duration of this Agreement.

  • Program Benefits Under the Probation Status, the Participating Contractor will be eligible for all contractor incentives, its customers will have access to financing offered through the Program, and income- eligible households will be eligible to receive Program incentives.

  • Compensation and Fringe Benefits (a) The Company shall, during the Term of Employment, pay to the Executive as compensation for the performance of his duties and obligations a salary of $240,000 per annum.   • Layoff Benefits All rights to which a certificated employee was entitled at the time of his/her layoff including unused accumulated sick leave and credits toward leave eligibility will be restored to the certificated employee upon his/her return to active employment, and the certificated employee will be placed upon the proper step of the salary schedule for the certificated employee's current position according to the certificated employee's experience and education.

  • Public Benefits This Agreement provides assurances that the Public Benefits identified below will be achieved and developed in accordance with the Applicable Rules and Project Approvals and with the terms of this Agreement and subject to the City’s Reserved Powers. The Project will provide Public Benefits to the City, including without limitation:

  • Payment of Benefits Any amounts due under this Agreement shall be paid in one (1) lump sum payment as soon as administratively practicable following the later of: (i) Xx.   • Education Benefits Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 5, academic staff members who qualify for benefits in accordance with Article 23.5.2.1 may take a credit, or non-credit language class offered by the University provided it does not interfere with performance of duties as determined by the Xxxx. The member and the Xxxx may discuss ways in which duties may be reassigned to make it possible for the member to take the class. Upon successful completion, reimbursement of tuition will be provided for one class per semester.

  • Integration of Benefits If you are disabled, the monthly payments under this plan will be reduced by the amount of any Periodic Payments you are entitled to apply for and receive with respect to the disability under any Workplace Safety & Insurance Act, the Canada Pension Plan or the Quebec Pension Plan. The amounts deducted will not include any additional benefits payable for children or subsequent cost of living increases.

  • Death Benefits Upon the Executive's death during the Contract Period, his estate shall not be entitled to any further benefits under this Agreement.
