Out-Placement Services. If the Employment Period terminates because of a Termination Without Cause or a Termination For Good Reason, Executive shall be entitled to out-placement services, provided by the Company or its designee at the Company’s expense, for 12 months following the Date of Termination, or such lesser period as the Executive may require such services.
Out-Placement Services. The Employer/University Administration shall make every reasonable effort within budgetary constraints to make available to laid-off bargaining unit members, prior to their termination date, the following services: workshops on career changes, including stress management, identifying career alternatives, and building job search skills; job and career advising; and information on benefits. Upon request, the Employer/University Administration shall provide, for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of notice, reasonable access to personal computers and typewriters for use in preparing resumes and cover letters and shall, for the same time period, assist in or arrange for copying a reasonable number of resumes and cover letters. Release time shall be provided for bargaining unit members participating in out-placement services.
Out-Placement Services. If a Change in Control occurs and Executive exercises the option to resign from Employment (or is involuntarily terminated) as described in Section 2, Employer shall provide Executive with the services of a professional out-placement firm, if Executive so requests, for the period not to exceed one year from the date of Executive’s resignation (or termination), at Employer’s sole cost and expense, up to a maximum amount of Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($7,500).
Out-Placement Services. Upon termination of the Term and Executive’s employment hereunder pursuant to Sections 4(a), (c), (d), or (e) Company shall reimburse to Executive the cost for ninety (90) days of any executive outplacement firm selected by Executive and approved by Company; provided, however, that Company’s liability hereunder shall be limited to such expenses as are customary and reasonable in the Dallas area for Executive’s level of responsibility. Executive shall provide Company with reasonable documentation of the occurrence of such outplacement costs and expenses.

WORLDSPACE shall provide the EXECUTIVE with executive out-placement services for a period of not less than twelve (12) months at a cost not to exceed $25,000 by entering into a contract with a company chosen by WORLDSPACE specializing in such services, in accordance with the policies of WORLDSPACE as in effect from time to time.

The Employer/University Administration shall make every reasonable effort within budgetary constraints to make available to laid-off bargaining unit members, prior to and for up to one (1) year following their termination date, the following services: job and career advising, including help identifying campus positions that are, or will likely, become vacant for which the laid off employee may be qualified; career services; information on benefits; reasonable access to a personal computer and copy machine located at the Office of Research Administration for the purpose of job search, resume and cover letter writing; release time shall be provided for bargaining unit members participating in outplacement services. At the employee’s request, the Office of Research Administration shall mail to all Principal Investigators a laid off employee’s layoff notice and resume, together with a statement requesting the PIs to consider the employee for current and future vacancies.
