OUTSIDE MAINTENANCE. Tenant agrees to keep sidewalks and driveways free of ice, snow, and debris, and in safe condition in accordance to city ordinance. Tenant shall not litter. All cigarette butts must be placed in a proper container and properly disposed of. Tenant agrees to pick up trash and debris that blows onto or appears on the Premises, no matter the source. Tenant is required to keep yard area free of debris, and to report problems to the Landlord. Upon demand, if Tenant fails to cleanup any of the above, Landlord shall hire contractors at Tenant’s Expense.

OUTSIDE MAINTENANCE. The OUTSIDE SHALL BE MAINTAINED BY THE TENANT according to all county and township regulations. This includes the following: ☐ - Lawns: All grass and other lawn related items shall be maintained at the proper height and weeds kept to a minimum. The landlord may, at their discretions, proved lawn equipment such as a lawnmower. If so provided, the tenant shall maintain such equipment and provide gas and oil as needed. ☐ -All other outside area shall be kept clean and clear of all debris. ☐ - During any snow event the tenant is responsible for the proper and prompt removal of all snow including sidewalks and if needed apply salt to prevent slipping. The landlord may, at their discretions, proved shovels and salt. . If so provided, the tenant shall maintain such equipment

OUTSIDE MAINTENANCE. The Town will assist in keeping the immediate outside area, (generally within 50 feet of the Property) and existing landscaping clear of rubbish and dead weeds or other debris that may create a hazard, provided that the scope of such assistance shall be in the Town’s sole discretion. MLF authorizes the Town to assist in the maintenance and improvement of the landscaping in the vicinity of Xxxxxx Xxxx.

OUTSIDE MAINTENANCE. A. All parking areas and access ways will be plowed of snow and ice and sanded as reasonably required and practicable. All paths and walkways will be shoveled of snow and sanded as reasonably required and practicable.
OUTSIDE MAINTENANCE. If Xxxxxx is responsible for paying a Grounds Fee, Lessee shall pay a monthly grounds fee of «Grounds Fee» in lieu of performing any specific exterior maintenance. Exterior maintenance shall be performed in conjunction with, and up to the standards of local housing codes and ordinances. The monthly grounds fee will not be reconciled at the end of the lease term. The amount collected as grounds fee will be considered payment in full for the services associated with the grounds care and maintenance. The routine care and maintenance of items listed below but not checked shall be the responsibility of owner/agent. If no grounds fee is outlined in your lease, Lessee shall be responsible for the routine care and maintenance of the yard and outside areas as follows: (check those applicable): Mowing lawn watering lawn, shrubs, and trees Removing weeds Raking leaves Snow and ice removal from: Sidewalks and walkways Driveways Parking areas Any area around residents unit and balconies Any units requiring the removal of Garbage, Pet Feces, Snow or Ice Removal, Raking, watering lawns, trash removal, weed removal, or Lawn Mowing will be charged at $45.00 per hour if not completed after written three-day notice to cure posted on the door. Lessor shall then hire the work out at $45.00 and will apply rent payments first to amounts owed. Lessee will be liable for any balance remaining.
OUTSIDE MAINTENANCE. Occupant agrees to remove any and all garden hoses from exterior hose-bibs/water spigots and ensure they are completely turned off prior to temperatures freezing. Occupant agrees to keep sidewalks and driveways free of ice, snow, and debris, and in safe condition in accordance to city ordinance. Occupant agrees that any vehicles found parked on unpaved areas may be towed away at the Occupant’s expense. Occupant agrees to be responsible for keeping all outside areas free of garbage, debris, animal feces and or any other unsightly items, no matter their source. All cigarette butts must be placed in a proper container and properly disposed of.
