Overtime After 10 Hours. The overtime rate shall be paid for all hours worked in excess of ten (10) hours per day. Work performed on the fifth, sixth and seventh days, or work performed on holidays, or work performed in excess of forty (40) hours per week shall be compensated at the overtime rate.
