Overtime Bypass. An employee who is bypassed for overtime in violation of these overtime distribution procedures will be paid and charged the applicable overtime rate for the overtime hours missed.

Overtime Bypass. A bus driver may be bypassed for assignment to a charter run in any cases which would require the payment of overtime rates if another bus driver (or substitute, if regular drivers are not available) is available for which overtime rates would not be required.
Overtime Bypass. 30 When the local overtime distribution system indicates that a particular employee should 31 have been offered an overtime assignment, and that the employee was bypassed for that 32 assignment, he will be given the opportunity to work at an overtime assignment on a day 33 of his choosing within 30 days of bringing the bypass to the attention of the Company.

  • Overtime Meals When employees are required to work more than two (2) hours beyond their regular work days, the Employer will provide hot meals at no cost to the employees, up to a maximum of sixteen dollars ($16.00) (receipts to be submitted) plus paid meal periods of one-half (1/2) hour at the prevailing rate and thereafter at four (4) hour intervals. Any early morning start before regular starting time is entitled to a paid meal. The breakfast limit is thirteen dollars ($13.00) (receipts to be submitted). Employees called out on overtime shall be paid for meals as above, after four (4) hours work.
