Common use of Overtime Computation Clause in Contracts

Overtime Computation. All scheduled time worked in excess of eight/seven (8/7) hours in any one (1) day shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1 ½) times the basic hourly rate of the employee. Employees shall be compensated at twice the basic hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of four (4) overtime hours in a tour of duty.
