OVERTIME HOURS AND RATES. Overtime must be approved by the immediate supervisor or other appropriately designated supervisor and/or administrator. All employees shall receive premium overtime compensation as follows: A. All hours worked after twelve (12) consecutive hours in any work day shall be paid at two (2) times the employee's regular rate of pay.
