Overtime on a Statutory Holiday. If an employee works overtime on a statutory holiday which calls for a premium rate of pay, the employee shall be paid overtime at the rate of time and one-half (1½x) times the premium statutory holiday rate for all hours worked beyond seven and one-half (7½) in that day.
