Overtime Pay Credit. An un-worked holiday, which falls on an employee's regularly scheduled workday and for which the employee receives holiday pay will be considered as hours worked for the purpose of computing overtime pay.
Overtime Pay Credit. Vacation leave is counted as a regular workday in the computation of hours per week for overtime purposes.
