Overtime Premium Pay. (a) Time and one-half (1½) the employee’s regular straight time rate shall be paid for all hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours in any one workweek. (b) Paid time for the following reasons shall be counted as hours worked for the purpose of computing an employee’s overtime work: holidays, vacation days, paid time off that is scheduled per Section 13.7(d), bereavement leave, witness leave, jury duty leave, doctor/dental time and compensatory time.
