Overtime Vacation Rate. Subject to extraordinary operation requirements of the School Board, the Employer will make every reasonable effort not to recall to duty any employee who has commenced annual leave. Employees who are recalled to work after having proceeded on annual leave shall not receive vacation pay for the time worked but shall receive time and one half (1 ½) for all hours worked, and in addition will have their lost vacation days rescheduled to some other days as mutually agreed between the Employer and the employee.
