Owner Access. Owner shall have access to the premises at all times during which the Permit Holder is permitted to occupy, use and enjoy the premises as outlined hereinabove.
Owner Access. (a) Subject to Section 17.1(b) but without limiting any of Owner’s rights in respect of the Site, Project Co acknowledges and agrees that Owner, the Owner Parties and Xxxxxx’s Consultant shall have unrestricted access to the Site, the Facility and any workshop where materials, plant or equipment are being manufactured, prepared or stored, at all reasonable times, during normal working hours. Project Co shall provide sufficient, safe and proper facilities at all times for the review of the Work by the Consultant and the inspection of the Work by authorized agencies. If parts of the Work are in preparation at locations other then the Site, Owner and the Consultant, Owner’s Project Manager and Xxxxxx’s Consultant shall be given access to such Work wherever it is in progress upon reasonable notice and during normal business hours.
(b) In exercising their access rights under Section 17.1(a), Owner and the Owner Parties shall comply with all relevant safety procedures and any reasonable directions with regard to site safety that may be issued by or on behalf of Project Co from time to time.
(c) If Work is designated for tests, inspections, or approvals in the Contract Documents, or by the Consultant’s instructions, or pursuant to Applicable Law, Project Co shall give the Consultant reasonable notice of when the Work will be ready for review and inspection. Project Co shall arrange for and shall give the Consultant reasonable notice of the date and time of inspections by other authorities.
(d) Project Co shall furnish promptly to the Consultant 2 copies of certificates and inspection reports relating to the Work.
Owner Access. The Guest, Suppliers and members of the Rental Party shall allow the Owner, or their nominated agents or subcontractors, reasonable access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection during the period of the Booking.
Owner Access. Owner and its agents shall have the following rights in and about the Demised Premises: (i) to enter the Demised Premises at all times to examine the Demised Premises or for any of the purposes set forth in this Article TENTH or for the purpose of performing any obligation of Owner under this Lease or exercising any right or remedy reserved to Owner in this Lease, or complying with any Legal Requirement which Owner is obligated to comply with hereunder, and if Tenant, its officers, partners, agents or employees shall not be personally present or shall not open and permit an entry into the Demised Premises at any time when such entry shall be necessary or permissible, to use a master key or to forcibly enter the Demised Premises; (ii) to erect, install, use and maintain pipes, ducts and conduits in and through the Demised Premises; (iii) to exhibit the Demised Premises to others; (iv) to make such decorations, repairs, alterations, improvements or additions, or to perform such maintenance, including, but not limited to, the maintenance of all heating, air conditioning, ventilating, elevator, plumbing, electrical, telecommunication and other mechanical facilities, as Owner may deem necessary or desirable; (v) to take all materials into and upon the Demised Premises that may be required in connection with any such decorations, repairs, alterations, improvements, additions or maintenance; and (vi) to alter, renovate and decorate the Demised Premises at any time during the Demised Term if Tenant shall have removed all or substantially all of Tenant's property from the Demised Premises. The lessors under any superior lease and the holders of any mortgage shall have the right to enter the Demised Premises from time to time through their respective employees, agents, representatives and architects to inspect the same or to cure any default of Owner or Tenant relating thereto. Owner shall have the right, from time to time, to change the name, number or designation by which the Building is commonly known which right shall include, without limitation, the right to name the Building after any tenant of the Building.
Owner Access. The Owner, its officers, elected officials, agents and employees shall have free access to all parts of the rented premises during the rental term for the purpose of maintenance, inspection and conformance.
Owner Access. Any access by Owner to the demised premises shall only be during reasonable business hours upon reasonable prior notice to Tenant (except in the case of an emergency). Such access shall be conducted in a manner that minimizes disruption of Tenant’s use and occupancy of the demised premises.
Owner Access. Authorized employees and authorized agents of Owner shall have free access at all times to all space permitted to be occupied by the User pursuant to this Agreement.
Owner Access. Guest agrees to allow Owner, their agents, and/or authorized repair service representatives reasonable access to the Vacation Rental during your stay if requested. Such access may be necessary to resolve maintenance related issues. In the event of an emergency, the Vacation Rental may be accessed without prior notice or permission.
Owner Access. Owner shall have access at all reasonable times to: (a) the lands covered by the Leases; (b) the Xxxxx; (c) all information pertaining to the Xxxxx, including, without limitation, the production secured and the oil or gas marketed; and (d) the books, records and vouchers relating to the operation of the Leases. Contractor shall furnish Owner with weekly gauge and run tickets. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, all information referenced in this Section 1.8 shall be the property of Owner.
Owner Access. Owner understands and agrees that Owner will not receive a key or any other access to the Property and shall not contact the tenant directly or enter the Property without prior written permission from Broker.
