Access by Owner. Owner or anyone authorized by Owner may enter the Property by reasonable means at reasonable times, without notice, to (1) inspect the Property for condition, (2) make repairs, (3) show the Property to prospective occupants, purchasers, governmental inspectors, fire marshals, lenders, appraisers, or insurance agents, (4) exercise a contractual or statutory lien, (5) leave written notices, or (6) seize nonexempt property after an event of default.
Access by Owner. Owner, or anyone authorized by Owner or Owner Representative, may enter the Property at any time, without notice, to inspect the Property, make repairs, or show to prospective tenants, purchasers, inspectors, lenders, appraisers, insurance agents or others who may have a vested interest in the Property. Owner may also enter the Property at any time to exercise a contractual or statutory lien, leave written notices in a prominent location for Tenant(s), or seize non-exempt property after default.
Access by Owner. Owner, its officers, agents, employees, and representatives shall be entitled to have access to the Suite on such occasions and to such extent as Owner, shall in its sole discretion, deem necessary or appropriate for the proper performance of the duties and obligations required or contemplated to be performed by Owner or to be observed by Licensee under this Agreement for the compliance with the rules and regulations governing use of the Stadium. For such purposes, Owner shall retain duplicate keys to the Suite and the cabinets in the Suite, and Licensee shall not change the locks or place any additional locks on, or otherwise restrict or impede Owner's access to, the Suite or the cabinets therein.
Access by Owner. 10.1. The Owner shall be entitled to access the Property upon reasonable notice during the Rental Period for the purposes of supplying services, effecting maintenance or repairs and performing inspections.
Access by Owner. Owner and authorized representatives of Owner shall have access to and upon the Premises at reasonable intervals and at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice to Lessee to inspect the Premises. Any such access shall not materially interfere with Xxxxxx's Permitted Use and occupancy of the Premises. This foregoing right of inspection must be on an escorted basis in compliance with Xxxxxx's established site and safety procedures. Owner shall also have the right to enter upon the Premises at any time in the case of emergency or in the event immediate action is required to avert an emergency or damage to the Premises.
Access by Owner. Tenants shall not unreasonably withhold consent to the Owner to enter the Premises in order to inspect the Premises, make necessary or agreed repairs, alterations or improvements, supply necessary or agreed services, or exhibit the unit to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, tenants, workers, or contractors. The owner has the right to enter the Premises upon twenty-four (24) hours written notice. The owner may enter the Premises without the consent of Tenant in case of an emergency.

Access by Owner. 35. Tenant shall permit Landlord and its agents to enter into and upon the Leased Premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspecting the same or for the purpose of making repairs, alterations or additions to any portion of the Leased Premises and the Tenant shall permit Landlord, at any time within Ninety (90) days prior to expiration of this Lease, to place upon the windows and doors or on the grounds of the Leased Premises any usual or ordinary “to let” or “to lease” or “for sale” sign. Landlord and its agents may, during said last mentioned period, at reasonable hours, enter upon said Leased Premises and exhibit the same to prospective tenants.
Access by Owner. The Owner reserves to itself and its agents the right to enter the Premises upon reasonable notice, at any reasonable time, for the purpose of inspecting the same. The foregoing shall not be construed to require the Owner to inspect the Premises and shall impose no liability on the Owner for failure to so inspect.
Access by Owner. Owner agrees not to enter the Unit, or to permit any person, whether family member, repair person, Owner's guests, sales agent or other, to enter the Unit, other than during confirmed periods of Owner's occupancy, without prior notification to, approval of and coordination with Manager. During any period in which the Unit is occupied by Unit Renters, Manager has the right to deny access to protect the privacy of the Unit Renters. Owner and Owner's guests will abide by Manager's standard check-in and checkout procedures.
