P U R P O S E. The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth and establish the terms and conditions of for those employees who come within the this Agreement, so that stable and harmonious relation- ships may be established and maintained between the Employer and the Union, to the mutual benefit of the parties to this Agreement. Further, the purpose of the Agreement is to fa- cilitate the peaceful adjustment of all disputes and grievances in accordance with Article of this Agree- ment, to prevent strikes, lockouts, slowdowns or other interferences with work, unnecessary expense, and avoidable delays in carrying out the most efficient and effective operations of the Employer’s business, and to enhance the living standards and working conditions of the employees.
P U R P O S E. The intended purpose of the Account is for commercial or business related expenses incurred by representatives of the Company. You and the Company agree not to use the Account for payroll purposes (including, but not limited to, salary payments, bonus payments or any other form of compensation). A C C O U N T D E S C R I P T I O N Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Account may be used to make purchases which at any time do not exceed the respective Account credit limit. Should purchases ever exceed the Account credit limit, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and demand the return of the physical cards, deactivate the virtual cards and Account numbers, and demand immediate payment of all amounts due on the line of credit and all of the Accounts. We can increase the Account’s credit limit at any time without notice, or decrease the Account’s credit limit upon 30 days’ prior written notice to the Company. We reserve the right to decrease the Account’s credit limit immediately and without notice if there is a material change in the Company’s credit and/or risk analysis criteria.

P U R P O S E. The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") is to define aworking relationship between The American National Red Cross (hereinafter "American Red Cross" or "Red Cross") and The State Of South Carolina, and itsagencies (hereinafter "State" or "South Carolina"), in preparing for and responding to certain disaster situations. This MOU provides the broad framework for cooperation between the Red Cross and the State of South Carolinain rendering assistance and service to victims of disaster, as well as other servicesfor which cooperation may be mutually beneficial.
P U R P O S E. The purpose of this Streamlining Agreement (Agreement) is to establish a framework within which the exercise of the responsibilities associated with preparation and review of the DRIC EIS is efficient. This Agreement is designed to anticipate and avoid surprises and delays through collaboration. This Agreement is neither a fiscal nor a funds-obligation document. The provisions of this Agreement do not replace, but are supplemental to, the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) regulations, (40 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Parts 1500-1508), and all other agency regulations, orders, and policies. It is in the interest of the participants in this Agreement, where independent but overlapping jurisdictional program responsibilities exist, that these responsibilities be addressed and fulfilled within a coordinated documentation and public involvement/decision-making process. But, in every case this document does not supersede, modify or abrogate any existing agreements between or among agencies to this agreement.1
P U R P O S E. The purpose of the Integrated Law and Justice Agency for Orange County (ILJAOC) is to cooperate with each Member Agency in the exercise of some or all of their powers to establish a separate agency to facilitate the integration and sharing of criminal justice information/data in the manner set forth in this Agreement.
