Packing and Transport. All packing, transportation and customs formalities will be arranged by the Gallery through firms acceptable to the Lender, unless other arrangements are made in writing by the Lender. The costs and other expenses agreed to in writing by the Gallery shall be paid by the Gallery. If the loan is to be returned at the Lender’s request to any address other than the pickup address in this agreement, the Lender shall pay any additional costs necessitated by such a change. Unless otherwise notified in writing, the Gallery will return the work only to the Lender. If the legal ownership of the work changes during the period of the loan, whether by reason of death, sale, insolvency, gift or otherwise, the new owner may, prior to its return, be required to establish to the satisfaction of the Gallery, his / her legal right to receive the work. In the case of the Xxxxxx’s death, his / her legal representative is requested to notify the Director, Redland Art Gallery giving their full name and address in writing.
Packing and Transport. 8.1 Subject to the remaining provisions of this clause 8, You shall be responsible for transporting the Items to the Loan Venue. Items must travel inside a secure, suitably padded/ protected packing case/ crate/ t-frame, or soft wrapping fit for purpose, as advised by IWM. IWM will notify You if any existing frames/ crates may be reused. 8.2 You must retain all packing materials and containers in sound condition during the Loan Period. If the packing is damaged and cannot be replaced, You must replace it to the same specification as the original. 8.3 IWM will notify You if packing materials need to be stored in a place fully conditioned to the same temperature and relative humidity levels as those under which the Items are stored or displayed and You shall comply with such instructions. 8.4 IWM reserves the right to specify the transport contractor and method of transport for the Items.
Packing and Transport. U-CyTech shall determine the method of packing, shipment and courier based on its experience, unless agreed otherwise.
Packing and Transport. 6.1 Supplier shall pack the Products in compliance with the requirements of the Purchase Order and/or Supply Agreement and at all times (even if not explicitly requested by Purchaser in the Purchase Order or Supply Agreement) in such a manner that the Products are properly protected to weather and transport, clearly marked and labelled and can be loaded, transported and unloaded in an ordinary and safe manner. 6.2 If Purchaser requests so then Supplier shall at its own expense and risk arrange to take back the packaging material after delivery. 6.3 The Supplier shall be responsible for the compliance with national and international laws and regulations relating to the packing and carriage of the Products. 6.4 Supplier undertakes to conclude and maintain adequate insurance coverage in respect to the carriage and transport of the Products. The Supplier undertakes to assign its rights to payments under this policy to Purchaser at the first request of Purchaser. 6.5 Supplier shall also furnish Purchaser with all required and customary certificates, data, manuals and/or technical information and/or documentation related to the Products including but not limited to certificates of origin, weight certificates, material certificates, non-destructive testing etc insofar as necessary.
Packing and Transport. 1. The lender will determine the manner of packing and transport. The loaned property should be packed in the same way as it was on the outward journey, when not otherwise agreed upon. Damage or loss of the packaging material will be charged on the borrower. The borrower must contact the lender at least a month before transportation to discuss the manner and date of transport. The lender can decide which company will be in charge of the transport of the loaned property. 2. The borrower is required to check the condition of the loan against the accompanying condition report during unpacking at the beginning of the loan period and during packing at the end of the loan period. When the loan is returned, the lender checks that the condition of the loan corresponds to its condition at the time when the report was drawn up. 3. The borrower is responsible for organising and paying for the transport. If no special conditions are included in the loan agreement, the transport should take place in a properly maintained, closed lorry or car which contains material to prevent bumping and sliding. 4. During transport, the loan must be accompanied by (at least) two persons to ensure that it is not left unattended at any time. 5. The objects are returned by the carrier to the same place where they were collected. The carrier takes away any packaging material used. 6. The date and time of transport to and from the exhibition should be confirmed by the borrower at least two weeks in advance. 7. The loan must be collected from the lender within two weeks before the opening date of the exhibition, and returned to the lender within two weeks of the closing date of the exhibition.

Packing and Transport a) Unless agreed beforehand with the Buyer, the packings of the equipment and materials covered by the supply shall be the subject of an additional charge over and above the selling price and the return of it shall not be acceptable. As the end recipient of our packing, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to apply the most suitable environmental treatment of said packing as required by the local legislation. b) Unless agreed beforehand with the Buyer, the transport, including loading and unloading operations, shall be carried out at the cost and risk of the Buyer, so the Company is alien to any claim in respect of damage or impairment of the Supply, all said risks having to be assumed by the Buyer. c) If the equipment is ready to be supplied or, alternatively, is pending agreed upon tests, and the Buyer does not withdraw them or does not reach an agreement with the Company for them to be stored on his premises in agreed conditions, all the expenses occasioned by storage, assessed at the Company’s discretion, shall be for the account of the Buyer, who shall also be answerable for all the risks that the material stored may undergo.
Packing and Transport. Halo shall pack and label shipping containers in accordance with Applicable Law and transport guidelines, the Specifications, and Client’s written instructions (to the extent not inconsistent with any of the foregoing). At Client’s request and expense, merely as a convenience for Client and without any liability accruing to Halo whatsoever (including in respect of damage in transit, delivery issues, storage/shipping condition issues or export/import issues), Halo shall reasonably cooperate with Client to facilitate, as agent for Client, (i) making shipping arrangements and/or (ii) obtaining export licences or other official authorizations necessary to export the Products, such as customs clearance. Client shall arrange for insurance and shall select the freight carrier to be used to ship Products.
Packing and Transport. While we may recommend a carrier upon request, we accept no responsibility for that carrier’s failure to comply with its agreement with you, and packing and transport of the Property to and from the display location will be at your expense and risk. Guernsey’s shall have no liability whatsoever to Consignor in connection therewith, even when Guernsey’s has recommended a carrier.
Packing and Transport packing costs are invoiced separately.
