Paid Adoption Leave. ▪ A full-time or part-time Employee is entitled to paid adoption leave of three weeks from and including the date of taking custody of the child which will run concurrently with any period of unpaid parental leave taken and to which the Employee is entitled pursuant to the WR Act.

Paid Adoption Leave. ▪ A full-time or part-time Employee an eligible employee is entitled to paid adoption leave of three fourteen weeks from and including the date of taking custody of the child which will run concurrently with any child. Such leave may be paid: On a normal fortnightly basis; At the rate of half pay over a period of unpaid parental 28 weeks on a regular fortnightly basis. Annual and/or long service leave taken and credits can be combined with periods of maternity leave or adoption leave on half pay to which the Employee is entitled pursuant enable an employee to the WR Actremain on full pay for that period.
