Parental Leave is Sample Clauses
Parental Leave is. (a) maternity leave of up to 14 weeks;
(b) special leave of up to 10 days;
(c) paternity leave of up to 2 weeks; and
(d) extended leave of up to 52 weeks.
Parental Leave is conditional upon the employee - being the biological, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ or adoptive parent of a child that has not yet reached the age of eight years and - having submitted a written request to the employer at least two months before the parental leave starts.
Parental Leave is. Paid parental leave of up to 22 weeks; Special leave of up to 10 days; Partners leave of up to 2 weeks; and Extended leave of up to 52 weeks.
