Parking and Traffic Ales a) The tenant must only be responsible for all parking fees, traffic fines, sanctions or convocations incurred for the rental vehicle during the rental period (as defined below). (b) MCR has the right to charge the rental credit card, upon receipt of any notification from the relevant Malaysian authorities for any parking fee, traffic fines, penalties or convocations supported by the rent during the rental period (as defined subsequently below), together with an additional commission of RM10.00 (subject to prevailing SST costs). 5.4 The tenant must defend, compensate and hold the harmless Mcrone and against all damages, passivities, costs, expenses (including, without limitations, reasonable legal taxes), requests or judgment that derive from or results mainly (a) any negligence, omission or poor intentional conduct of the charterer and / or the designated driver in the use of the rental vehicle; and / or (b) the violation of the rental of any of its obligations, duties and / or or and guarantees pursuant to this contract. 5.5 Hire vehicle repoussess from MCR: (a) MCR has the right to review the rental vehicle without sending no warning to the charterer where: i. The rental has not paid the rental costs for more than fourteen (14) days after the expiry date; and / or II. There has been a violation in the use of the rental vehicle by the renter, and the renter has not solved the violation within three (3) days after receiving a warning written by MCR which requires the charterer to remedy the violation . At the maximum extent permitted by law, the charterer agrees to give up any right to any hearing or receiving any notice or legal process as a pre-condition for MCR to restore the rental vehicle. (b) the renter authorizes MCR to enter any property premises or occupied by the renter, or if necessary, to make all reasonable efforts to guarantee and obtain the right, license and / or permission for MCR to enter into Any seat for recovery purposes and rental vehicle. e) the renter reimburses the MCR for all costs and expenses incurred in the recovery and collection of the rental vehicle, and will compensate MCR against all the claims that can be carried by third parties against MAT deriving from or deriving from recovery or recovery of the rental vehicle. 5.6 Unless otherwise disposal of this Agreement, MCR will not be responsible for the renter for: (a) the loss or damage to any property left, stored, loaded or transported by the charterer or by one of the dev...

  • Parking and Transportation ‌ The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement, the University may apply changes in transportation policy, including adjusting parking and U-Pass fees and criteria for assigning parking spots, to the bargaining unit without the obligation to bargain with the Union. The Union may raise issues and concerns about the University’s parking program at Joint Labor/Management Committee meetings or at ad hoc Labor Management Committee meetings. The Union shall have a standing seat on the University’s committee(s) that work on transportation and parking issues.

  • Local Control Center, Metering and Telemetry The NTO shall operate, pursuant to ISO Tariffs, ISO Procedures, Reliability Rules and all other applicable reliability rules, standards and criteria on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, a suitable local control center(s) with all equipment and facilities reasonably required for the ISO to exercise ISO Operational Control over NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control, and for the NTO to fulfill its responsibilities under this Agreement. Operation of the NYS Power System is a cooperative effort coordinated by the ISO control center in conjunction with local control centers and will require the exchange of all reasonably necessary information. The NTO shall provide the ISO with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (“SCADA”) information on facilities listed in Appendices A-1 and A-2 herein as well as on generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to the NTO’s transmission facilities pursuant to the ISO OATT. The NTO shall provide metering data for its transmission facilities to the ISO, unless other parties are authorized by the appropriate regulatory authority to provide metering data. The NTO shall collect and submit to the ISO billing quality metering data and any other information for its transmission facilities required by the ISO for billing purposes. The NTO shall provide to the ISO the telemetry and other operating data from generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to its transmission facilities that the ISO requires for the operation of the NYS Power System. The NTO will establish and maintain a strict code of conduct to prevent such information from reaching any unauthorized person or entity.

If an award is not made, any payments made under the foregoing provisions in excess of that to which he or she is entitled under Articles 44.1 and 44.6 (Short Term Sickness Plan) shall be an amount owing by the employee to the Employer.
