Part Time Payment in Lieu of Benefits employees who are employed as part time employees shall be paid in lieu of all vacation and fringe benefits. This premium will be applicable to every pay period.

Part Time Payment in Lieu of Benefits. Part-time employees shall receive twenty-five cents ($0.25) in lieu of benefits for all hours paid.
Part Time Payment in Lieu of Benefits. Effective April 1, 2010, the part time percentage in lieu of all benefits under the Collective Agreement will be increased from eleven per cent (11%) to twelve per cent (12%). This is inclusive of vacation pay and any other benefits other than holiday pay and sick leave pay.

Failure to do so may result in a payment of a lesser benefit amount because of the difficulty in determining the need for such treatment after it has been provided. Dental x-rays will be promptly returned to the dentist.

  • Termination of Benefits Except as provided in Section 2 above or as may be required by law, Executive’s participation in all employee benefit (pension and welfare) and compensation plans of the Company shall cease as of the Termination Date. Nothing contained herein shall limit or otherwise impair Executive’s right to receive pension or similar benefit payments that are vested as of the Termination Date under any applicable tax-qualified pension or other plans, pursuant to the terms of the applicable plan.
