Components of this upgrade consist of - Xxxxxx – San Bernardino No.1 220kV Transmission Line – 43 circuit miles Xxxxxx – San Bernardino No.2 220kV Transmission Line – 43 circuit miles Xxxxxx – Vista No.1 220kV Transmission Line – 45 circuit miles Xxxxxx – Vista No.2 220kV Transmission Line – 45 circuit miles Xxxxxx Substation: Upgrade four 220kV line positions San Bernardino G.S.: Upgrade two 220kV line positions Vista Substation: Upgrade two 220kV line positions Note: Prior to this upgrade the Xxxxxx-San Bernardino No. 2 220kV Transmission Line will be looped into the new El Casco Substation forming the two new Xxxxxx-El Casco and El Casco-San Bernardino 220kV Transmission Lines. After such line re-configuration, the Xxxxxx – San Bernardino No.1 220kV Transmission Line will be re-named Xxxxxx – San Bernardino 220kV Transmission Line. The Xxxxxx and San Bernardino 220kV line positions at the new El Casco Substation will be rated 3,000A and will not require any upgrades. 2. Colorado River Substation Expansion – Installation of the No. 2 AA 1120MVA 500/220kV transformer bank with corresponding 500kV and 220kV bank positions. These facilities correspond to the First Sequence; however, the First Sequence does not require this facility to interconnect. The component of this upgrade are as follows - a. Install a new 59 mile 220kV transmission line including the following elements: i. approximately 16 circuit miles of 2B-2156 KCMIL ACSR conductor (510,000 linear feet) ii. approximately 43 circuit miles of 2B-1590KCMIL ACSR conductor (1,365,000 linear feet) iii. ½ inch steel overhead ground wire as needed iv. approximately 59 miles of OPGW (315,000 linear feet) b.   • Network Upgrades The Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Network Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. If the Transmission Owner and the Interconnection Customer agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct Network Upgrades that are located on land owned by the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Transmission Owner elects to pay for Network Upgrades, the actual cost of the Network Upgrades, including overheads, shall be borne initially by the Interconnection Customer.

  • NETWORK INTERCONNECTION METHODS 3.1 The Interconnection provided herein may not be used solely for the purpose of originating a Party’s own interexchange traffic.

  • DELIVERY: FOB DESTINATION, INSIDE DELIVERY, FREIGHT PAID Whenever possible, contractors should give the ordering entities 3 working days prior notice of any deliveries and/or installations. Furniture contractors will not be responsible for the removal/moving of existing furnishings unless requested by the ordering entity. Contractors should verify site readiness prior to delivery. All deliveries will be made during normal working hours unless otherwise arranged with the ordering entity. Contractor will communicate any scheduling delays and/or changes immediately. Agencies will not be responsible for any freight damage, concealed or otherwise.

  • Software Use Case Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite Subscription Services for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite are available for Development Purposes only.

  • Service Specification The Parties have agreed upon the scope and specification of the Services provided under this Service Agreement in the Service Specification.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Software Upgrades All Software Releases (including all Error corrections made available pursuant to this Agreement) that RSA in its sole discretion: (a) deems to be logical improvements to the Software; (b) make generally available to all licensees of the Software; and (c) does not separately price or market.

  • Statement of Work The Statement of Work to which Grantee is bound is incorporated into and made a part of this Grant Agreement for all purposes and included as Attachment A.

  • Delivery Schedule The Goods specified in the List of Goods are required to be delivered within the acceptable time range (after the earliest and before the final date, both dates inclusive) specified in Section V, Schedule of Requirements. No credit will be given to deliveries before the earliest date, and Tenders offering delivery after the final date shall be treated as non-responsive. Within this acceptable period, an adjustment of [insert the adjustment factor], will be added, for evaluation purposes only, to the Tender price of Tenders offering deliveries later than the “Earliest Delivery Date” specified in Section V, Schedule of Requirements.
