Participation in EOHHS Efforts. As directed by EOHHS, the Contractor shall participate in any: Efforts to promote the delivery of services in a Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate manner to all Enrollees, including those with limited English proficiency and diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds, physical or mental disabilities, and regardless of gender, sexual orientation, or gender identity; EOHHS activities related to Program Integrity; Activities to verify or improve the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of Contractor’s data submissions to EOHHS, including but not limited to validation studies of such data; Activities related to EOHHS’ implementation and administration of its Delivery System Reform efforts, including but not limited to efforts related to validation of provider identification mapping; Activities as directed by EOHHS to facilitate EOHHS’ implementation of its ACO Program, including but not limited to participating in performance review meetings, learning collaboratives, and joint performance management activities; MCO learning collaboratives and other meetings or initiatives by EOHHS to facilitate information sharing and identify best practices among MCOs. The Contractor shall share information with EOHHS and others as directed by EOHHS regarding the Contractor’s performance under this Contract, including but not limited to information on the Contractor’s business practices, procedures, infrastructure, and information technology; EOHHS efforts related to the development of policies or programs, as well as measurement, analytics, and reporting relating to such policies and programs, that support access, coordination, and continuity of behavioral health care, including substance use treatment related to the opioid epidemic and which facilitate access to appropriate BH services and timely discharge from the emergency department.   • Employee Participation The Employer will assist employees' participation in health promotion and health education programs. Health promotion and health education programs that have been endorsed by the Employer (Minnesota Management & Budget) will be considered to be non-assigned job-related training pursuant to Administrative Procedure 21. Approval for this training is at the discretion of the Appointing Authority and is contingent upon meeting staffing needs in the employee's absence and the availability of funds. Employees are eligible for release time, tuition reimbursement, or a pro rata combination of both. Employees may be reimbursed for up to one hundred (100) percent of tuition or registration costs upon successful completion of the program. Employees may be granted release time, including the travel time, in lieu of reimbursement.

  • SMALL BUSINESS PARTICIPATION AND DVBE PARTICIPATION REPORTING REQUIREMENTS a.   • NON-STATE AGENCIES PARTICIPATION IN CENTRALIZED CONTRACTS New York State political subdivisions and others authorized by New York State law may participate in Centralized Contracts.
