TERMS OF CONTRACT 1.1 The Contractor shall provide the Authority with the Goods and/or Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract which shall comprise of all of the documents set out below in paragraph 1.2 (as the same may be supplemented or varied from time to time).
CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT The contractor shall at all times observe and comply with federal and State laws, local laws, ordinances, orders, and regulations existing at the time of or enacted subsequent to the execution of this contract which in any manner affect the completion of the work. The contractor shall indemnify and save harmless the agency and all its officers, representatives, agents, and employees against any claim or liability arising from or based upon the violation of any such law, ordinance, regulation, order or decree by an employee, representative, or subcontractor of the contractor.
Copies of Contract Upon final ratification and approval of this agreement, the employer shall prepare and make available to the bargaining agent and each of the employees in the bargaining unit a copy thereof.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT The following Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) shall supplement and/or amend the General Conditions of Contract (GCC).Whenever there is a conflict, the provisions herein shall prevail over those in the GCC. BASIS OF CONTRACT 2.1 The Order constitutes an offer by the Customer to purchase Goods and/or Services in accordance with these Conditions.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT 1. Definitions 1.1 In this Contract, the following terms shall be interpreted as indicated:
Grouping of contracts To the extent practicable, contracts for goods shall be grouped in bid packages estimated to cost $100,000 equivalent or more each.
TYPES OF CONTRACT MODIFICATIONS In order to expedite processing of a contract modification, where proposed changes involve more than one category below, each change should be submitted to OGS as a separate request.
Effect of Contract Any and all prior agreements, resolutions, practices, policies, rules and regulations regarding terms and conditions of employment, to the extent inconsistent with the provisions of this Contract, are hereby superseded.
FORMATION OF CONTRACT This proposed purchase contract, which incorporates by reference these General Provisions and all other terms and conditions set forth in this proposed purchase contract (collectively, the “Contract”), is Buyer's offer to purchase the services and/or materials (collectively, the “Services”) described in this offer. Acceptance is strictly limited to the terms and conditions included in this offer. Unless specifically agreed to in writing by Xxxxx's Authorized Procurement Representative, Xxxxx objects to, and is not bound by, any term or condition that differs from or adds to this offer. Seller's commencement of performance or acceptance of this offer in any manner shall conclusively evidence acceptance of this offer as written. Seller’s provision of the Services shall be governed solely by this Contract. Xxxxx and Seller are referred to herein as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.” Except as authorized herein, no amendment or modification of this Contract shall bind either Party unless it is in writing and is signed by the authorized representatives of the Parties.
