Pay Discrepancies. Any confirmed pay discrepancies under two hundred and fifty ($250.00) will be paid on the next regular pay. Any discrepancies two hundred and fifty ($250.00) or over will have a separate cheque issued within three (3) business days of the confirmation of the discrepancy.
Pay Discrepancies. 1. When there is a shortage equivalent to two (2) hours of pay or less in a Flight Attendant’s paycheck, such amount shall be added to his/her next check once the matter is resolved.
2. When there is a shortage equivalent to more than two (2) hours of pay but not exceeding five (5) hours of pay, such amount shall be issued through a special check, if requested, and mailed to the Flight Attendant by U.S. Mail, within five (5) days following resolution of the matter. Upon request, the Flight Attendant may make arrangements to pick up a payroll card at a domicile or a check at the Corporate payroll office.
3. When there is a shortage exceeding five (5) hours of pay in a Flight Attendant’s paycheck, and once such matter has been resolved, a special check or pay card will be issued if requested, and forwarded to the Flight Attendant by overnight mail, except where the shortage is due to the Flight Attendant’s negligence or mistake. Upon request, the Flight Attendant may make arrangements to pick up a payroll card at a domicile or a check at the Corporate payroll office.
4. The above Paragraph Q.3 shall not apply to payroll irregularities of a system or domicile nature involving multiple employees; however, in such circumstances, the Company will make every reasonable effort to expedite the necessary corrective action.
Pay Discrepancies. 7.5.1 Any pay or expense discrepancies for which the Company is at fault for less than three hundred dollars ($300.00) shall be paid on the next regular pay. Any discrepancies over three hundred dollars ($300.00) shall have a separate cheque, or electronic banking issued within seven (7) consecutive Calendar Days of the discovery of the discrepancy.
7.5.2 In cases of an overpayment, a schedule of repayment by payroll deduction shall be arranged by mutual agreement between the Pilot and the Company. Where the Pilot is terminated or resigns, the balance of the overpayment shall be deducted from his final pay cheque.

14 2. When there is a shortage equivalent 15 to more than two (2:00) hours but not 16 exceeding five (5:00) hours’ pay, such 17 amount shall be issued through special 18 check, if requested, mailed to the flight 19 attendant by U.S. Mail, within five (5) 20 days following resolution of the matter.
21 3. a.When there is a shortage exceeding 22 five (5:00) hours’ pay in a flight 23 attendant’s paycheck, and once such 24 matter has been resolved, a special 25 check will be issued if requested, and 26 forwarded to the flight attendant by 27 overnight mail, except where the 28 shortage is due to the flight attendant’s 29 neglect or mistake.
Pay Discrepancies. Any discrepancies found in an employee’s pay cheque are to be reported to her supervisor within four (4) weeks of the date of issue. Any corrections to be made will be done in the subsequent pay period. If the discrepancy is due to an Employer (the Home) error, the correction will be made as soon as possible, but no later than five (5) days after the supervisor has been notified.
Pay Discrepancies. Employers will make there best effort to issue pay checks for pay discrepancies within two (2) business days after being notified by employee or Union.
Pay Discrepancies. The employee and the Agency agree to notify one another of any pay discrepancies upon discovery. Underpayment of any amount and overpayment of $100 or less shall be settled by the parties within three (3) days of both parties confirming the discrepancy, unless otherwise mutually agreed. Overpayment greater than $100 shall be deducted from the following payroll unless an alternative repayment agreement is requested by the employee and is approved by the Executive Director. Repayment must occur within one year of discovery. Pay discrepancies which have not been discovered within eighteen months are not subject to collection. Salary schedule placement disputes are not considered pay discrepancies.
