Pay for Performing the Duties of a Higher Classification‌

Pay for Performing the Duties of a Higher Classification Employees who are temporarily assigned the full scope of duties and responsibilities for more than fifteen (15) calendar days of a higher-level classification will be notified in writing and will be advanced to a step of the range for the new class that is nearest to five percent (5.0%) higher than the amount of the pre-promotional step. The Employer may grant a higher salary increase as provided in Subsection 43.9 C. The increase will become effective on the first day the employee was performing the higher-level duties.
Pay for Performing the Duties of a Higher Classification Employees who are temporarily assigned the majority of duties and responsibilities of a higher-level classification will be notified in writing, with the bargaining unit representative having training on and access to a report providing a Higher Level Duty summary, and will be advanced to a step of the range for the new class that is nearest to five percent (5%) higher than the amount of their current step. The University may grant a higher salary increase as provided in 43.9. The increase will become effective on the first day the employee is assigned the higher-level duties. Unless otherwise agreed, temporary duty assignments to a higher-level classification will not exceed six (6) continuous months. Temporary duty assignments detailed above are excluded from the position review process in Article 42, Section 42.2.

  • Supplier’s Obligations on Termination Unless otherwise specified by Buyer, upon Supplier’s receipt of a notice of termination of this Order, Supplier shall promptly: (a) stop work as directed in the notice; (b) place no further subcontracts/orders related to the terminated portion of this Order; (c) terminate, or if requested by Buyer assign, all subcontracts/orders to the extent they relate to work terminated; (d) deliver all completed work, work in process, designs, drawings, specifications, documentation and material required and/or produced in connection with such work; and (e) return or destroy all Confidential Information as set forth in Section 16(d).

  • Leave Without Pay for Relocation of Spouse (a) At the request of an employee, leave without pay for a period of up to one (1) year shall be granted to an employee whose spouse is permanently relocated and up to five (5) years to an employee whose spouse is temporarily relocated.
