Position Review Process. (a) The University, employee, or employee representative may request that a position be reviewed when the requesting party believes that the basis of its request has become a permanent requirement of the position. Employees and employee representatives may not request that a position be reviewed more often than once every six (6) months.

Position Review Process. 39 A. The Employer or employee representative may request that a position be reviewed 40 when the requesting party believes that the basis of its request has become a 41 permanent requirement of the position, either through reclassification or proposing a new 42 classification.   • Position Review ‌ The Employer may initiate a position review for a position it believes is improperly classified, and will inform the Union in writing when it has initiated a reallocation process for a bargaining unit position.
