Payment for or Supply of Meals. An employee required to work more than three (3) hours of authorized overtime shall be provided with a meal or an allowance of seven ($7.00) dollars by the Employer. Additional fifteen (15) minutes paid break will be allowed for each additional two (2) hours of overtime.
Payment for or Supply of Meals. Where employees work two (2) hours or more immediately before or immediately after their regular shift due to overtime, the University shall provide a meal or an allowance of twelve dollars ($12.00).

When an employee, other than an employee in the Employer's Residential Program, is required to work more than two (2) hours overtime after normal quitting time which time is continuous from the normal work hours, and such employee has not received at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice prior to the commencement of the overtime, such employee shall be entitled to a meal allowance of eight dollars ($8.00) on each such occasion.

In lieu of a meal ticket, an employee who works an additional shift of eight (8) hours at the end of his regular to shift will be provided with a cash meal allowance of employee shall not be required to layoff during hours to equalize any overtime worked.

The Employer shall allow one half-hour (1/2) meal break with pay. An additional meal break and meal shall be reimbursed to maximum of $10.00 and will be provided for each additional four (4) hours of overtime.
