Payment of Rental Charges. The Customer shall pay the rental charges and any other amount due under this Agreement to the SJPA, together with applicable HST, within 30 days of invoice from SJPA and if the Customer fails to pay, when due, such amounts, the Customer shall also pay the SJPA interest on such unpaid balances at a rate of 18% per annum.

Payment of Rental Charges. The Customer acknowledges that: a) The Rental Charges; and b) Any additional costs associated with the hire as outlined in clause 2 or clause 9, will be automatically deducted from the Customer’s credit card (the details of which are provided by the Customer at the time of hire) after the Date Out.
Payment of Rental Charges. Storage charges for all months are due on the first (1st) day of the month. Renter is responsible for ensuring that the credit card or autopay information is kept up to date. Renter hereby authorizes Storage Company to pay all monthly rental fees and other charges incurred by Renter or in Renter’s name in accordance with information in Section 3 of this AGREEMENT.
Payment of Rental Charges. 5.1. The Hirer shall pay to the Rentor rental for the hire of the Equipment in the amount stipulated in equipment listing of the Schedule hereto, on a monthly basis, each and every calendar month commencing from the month of commencement of the initial period until termination of the contract, on the date specified in equipment listing, it being agreed though that the amount of rental payable by the Hirer to the Rentor shall increase on each anniversary of the commencement of the initial period at a rate equivalent to the rate (expressed as a percentage) by which the CPIX, for all categories and for the whole of the Republic of South Africa, increases during the 12 month period ending 2 calendar months prior to the anniversary upon which the increase is to come into effect. 5.2. All rentals and any other payments due by the Hirer to the Rentor in terms of this Agreement shall be paid, without deduction of any kind and free of exchange, bank charges and the like, to such address or into such bank account, within the Republic of South Africa as the Rentor may, from time to time and by written notice to the Hirer, stipulate for that purpose and, pending any such stipulation, to the Rentor at the physical address specified in 1.13 above. 5.3. As long as this Agreement remains in force the Hirer shall not be entitled to withhold payment of any rental(s) for any reason whatsoever. The Hirer shall not be entitled to set-off against any rentals payable in terms hereof any present or future claims or defence which the Hirer may have against the Rentor from whatsoever cause arising. If the Hirer fails to pay on due date any rental(s), any damage(s) or any other amount falling due or payable to the Rentor under the Agreement, then without prejudice to any other rights the Rentor may have, interest shall accrue on the overdue amount at a rate equivalent to 3% (three percentage points) above the prime overdraft rate of First Rand Limited as from the date that the payment fell due until the date of payment thereof. In the event that the date specified in the debit order form for the payment of rental by the Hirer to the Rentor falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Public holiday in any month, such payment date shall be extended to the next succeeding business day.
Payment of Rental Charges. Credit card: If you pay by credit card you authorize Xxxxxx rent-a-car Ltd, Hertz International Franchisee, – at the time of signing the Rental Agreement – to reserve with the credit card issuer a sufficiently large sum and to obtain the relevant authorizations in order to cover at least the total expected rental costs. You also authorize Xxxxxx rent-a-car Ltd to collect, without further instructions from you, directly from your credit card any additional charges which have arisen from your use of the car and which may include the costs of insurance franchise, damage to the car, loss of car keys or accessories, charges not stated on the Rental Record such as one way charges, refueling charges, late-return charges, additional driver charge, extra cleaning charge, and any road tolls or fines or charges arising from traffic or parking violations during the rental period (including an administration fee). Currency: We may give you the option to pay your rental charges in your home currency. If you choose this service, called Choose Your Currency (CYC), our processing bank will convert your rental charges from the currency of the country of rental to your home currency (i.e. the billing currency of your credit card) using a wholesale rate of exchange provided by a reputable foreign exchange dealer for the day the charges are billed to your account. Maturity of charges: If you do not pay your charges in the time indicated on your invoice, we may charge you interest on the outstanding charges at 5 % above the applicable central bank policy rate.

  • Payment of Rent If the tenant is required to pre-pay rent in advance it should be selected. This is common with tenants with no or bad credit history. Section XIII.

  • Equipment Rental Charges i. The Judicial Council may use either the Contractor’s audio-visual provider or provide for its own audio-visual source to service the Program. Should the Judicial Council use the Contractor’s audio-visual provider, the charges for services and/or equipment provided under this exhibit shall not exceed the amounts set forth in the Contractor’s Audio- Visual and Other Equipment Price List, as attached to this Agreement in Exhibit H. The Contractor shall not charge nor will the Judicial Council pay for audio-visual services and/or equipment that are provided by the Judicial Council. ii. The Contractor may xxxx the Judicial Council for Program office charges associated with (a) the establishment of the following within meeting room space(s) and/or business center, if requested by the Judicial Council: rental of facsimile machine(s), computer(s), and /or copier(s); internet connectivity; and set-up of supplemental house telephone(s); and (b) table-top exhibit(s) / display(s), other than in Program registration space, if requested by the Judicial Council.

  • Late Payment of Rent If any installment of Base Rent or Additional Charges (but only as to those Additional Charges which are payable directly to Lessor or Lessor’s agent or assignee) shall not be paid within five (5) Business Days after its due date, Tenant will pay to Lessor on demand a late charge (to the extent permitted by law) computed at the Overdue Rate (or at the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is the lesser) on the amount of such installment, from the due date of such installment to the date of payment thereof. To the extent that Tenant pays any Additional Charges to Lessor pursuant to any requirement of this Lease, Tenant shall be relieved of its obligation to pay such Additional Charges to the entity to which they would otherwise be due. If any Facility Mortgagee shall so require, or if any Additional Charges shall not be paid to a third party payee within five (5) Business Days after its due date, Lessor may at any time thereafter, at Lessor’s option, require Tenant to deposit into an escrow account under the sole dominion and control of Lessor (or the applicable Facility Mortgagee), on the first day of each and every month, an amount sufficient to insure that such escrow account shall contain an amount sufficient to make such payment on its next due date, in which event Lessor shall make all future payments for such expense from the escrow account. In the event of any failure by Tenant to pay any Additional Charges when due, Tenant shall promptly pay and discharge, as Additional Charges, every fine, penalty, interest and cost that may be added for non-payment or late payment of such items. Lessor shall have all legal, equitable and contractual rights, powers and remedies provided either in this Lease or by statute or otherwise in the case of non-payment of Rent.

  • Collection of Rent In any case where State has a cause of action for damages, State shall have the privilege of splitting the cause to permit the institution of a separate suit for rent due hereunder, and neither institution of any suit, nor the subsequent entry of judgment shall bar State from bringing another suit for rent; it being the purpose of this provision to provide that the forbearance on the part of State in any suit or entry of judgment for any part of the rent reserved under this Contract, to sue for, or to include in, any suit and judgment the rent then due, shall not serve as defense against, nor prejudice a subsequent action for, rent or other obligations due under the Contract. The claims for rent may be regarded by State, if it so elects, as separate claims capable of being assigned separately.

  • Payment of Base Rent Tenant agrees to pay the Base Rent for the Premises. Monthly Installments of Base Rent shall be payable in advance on the first day of each calendar month of the Term. If the Term begins (or ends) on other than the first (or last) day of a calendar month, the Base Rent for the partial month shall be prorated on a per diem basis. Tenant shall pay Landlord the first Monthly Installment of Base Rent when Tenant executes the Lease.

  • PAYMENT OF RENTS Unless deferred by UCF DHRL, all housing rents relating to a specific period are due no later than the dates shown on the Housing Agreement: Cancellation Fees and Important Dates Schedule for the semester the Student will be in residence. Students who are assigned a room after the rent due date are granted an automatic extension of the due date to 14 days from the date the room assignment is made. UCF DHRL will NOT send an invoice or billing statement to the Student. Payments are due on a semester-by-semester basis. The amount of each payment is shown in the Room Rates: Applicable Rates Schedule. Payments are due on or before the due dates shown in the Housing Agreement: Cancellation Fees and Important Dates Schedule applicable to the length of the agreement the Student and UCF DHRL agree to. Students with an agreement for a summer residence will make only one payment, depending on which session(s) the Student is residing in Housing. Residents staying for both summer session A and summer session B owe the amounts shown for summer session C, and due dates are those shown for summer session C. Please refer to the Housing Agreement: Cancellation Fees and Important Dates Schedule for payment due dates.

  • Calculation of Rent All calculation of Rent payable hereunder shall be computed based on the actual number of days elapsed over a year of three hundred sixty (360) days or, to the extent such Rent is based on the Prime Lending Rate, three hundred sixty-five (365) (or three hundred sixty-six (366), as applicable) days.

  • Rent Payment Tenant shall pay the Base Rent for the premises and any additional rent provided herein without deduction or offset. Rent for any partial month during the lease term shall be prorated to reflect the number of days during the month that Tenant occupies the premises. Additional rent means amounts determined under section 19 of this lease and any other sums payable by Tenant to Landlord under this lease. Rent not paid when due shall bear interest at the rate of one-and-one-half per month until paid. Landlord may at its option impose a late charge of $.05 for each $1 of rent for rent payments made more than 10 days late in lieu of interest for the first month of delinquency, without waiving any other remedies available for default. Failure to impose a late charge shall not be a waiver of Landlord's rights hereunder.

  • Additional Rental (a) For purposes of this Lease, "Tenant's Forecast Additional Rental" shall mean Landlord's reasonable estimate of Tenant's Additional Rental for the coming calendar year or portion thereof. If at any time it appears to Landlord that Tenant's Additional Rental for the current calendar year will vary from Landlord's estimate by more than five percent (5%), Landlord shall have the right to revise, by notice to Tenant, its estimate for such year, and subsequent payments by Tenant for such year shall be based upon such revised estimate of Tenant's Additional Rental. Failure to make a revision contemplated by the immediately preceding sentence shall not prejudice Landlord's right to collect the full amount of Tenant's Additional Rental. Prior to the Rental Commencement Date and thereafter prior to the beginning of each calendar year during the Lease Term, including any extensions thereof, Landlord shall present to Tenant a statement of Tenant's Forecast Additional Rental for such calendar year; provided, however, that if such statement is not given prior to the beginning of any calendar year as aforesaid, Tenant shall continue to pay during the next ensuing calendar year on the basis of the amount of Tenant's Forecast Additional Rental payable during the calendar year just ended until the month after such statement is delivered to Tenant.
