Payment Reform Initiatives. DVHA may engage the Contractor in new payment reform initiatives during the term of this Contract. These initiatives will be detailed within an Exhibit to both Attachment A for scope and Attachment B for payment provisions describing the initiative and adopting the relevant provisions of those Attachments.
