Penalties and Incentives. Should TRX fail to meet any of its obligations in delivery of Services and such failure causes harm to WORLDTRAVEL and/or its Customers, WORLDTRAVEL shall have the right to assess penalties and deduct the same from any invoices due and owing to TRX under the following circumstances only:

Penalties and Incentives. A conventional SLA contains service penalty schemes written in a way that penalises the NSP in case of Failures. Failures usually triggers penalties. Such penalties can be defined as a refund of a percentage of the monthly fee (permanent services) or of the total contract value (temporary services). Penalties do not necessarily have to be financial. For instance, additional features or equipment to enhance the service could be offered or credited for a future service.

Penalties and Incentives. Route meter readings round If the CONTRACTOR provides readings late and the readings cannot be used for ESKOM automatic billing, no payment will be made for the entire route. All incomplete readings will be re-scheduled as special reads and the CONTRACTOR will bear the costs thereof. ESKOM is prepared to reward the CONTRACTOR to locate installations / customers that are consuming energy and are not on the ESKOM billing system. A monetary reward of R500.00 per successful update will be paid to the CONTRACTOR after the required information is received and verified by ESKOM. The cost incurred to check fraudulent actual reads received from the CONTRACTOR will be recovered from the CONTRACTOR on calculated actual costs.

Disconnection/Reconnections and all other Reading activities Contractor will not be paid for late, incomplete, inaccurate or poor quality work, which includes feedback.  Eskom will re-schedule the task if the contractor has not completed an allocated task as per the prescribed Eskom specifications and timelines, the above will be completed at contractors own expense.  Note: If for any reason the contractor cannot perform the task, timeous feedback from the field must be given to the Contractors’ Admin support. Eskom will then decide on the action to be taken. See scope of work for details.  Eskom encourages the contractor to locate installations/customers that are consuming energy in the field but are not on the CC&B billing system. A monetary reward per successful CC&B update will be paid to the contractor.

  • Bonuses and Incentive Compensation During the Employment Term, the Executive shall have opportunities for bonuses and shall have opportunities for incentive compensation comparable to those provided to other senior executives of the Company and shall be eligible to participate in all bonus and incentive compensation plans made available by the Company, from time to time, for its senior executives.

  • Cash and Incentive Compensation For clarification, it is understood by all parties that other than as specified herein, the Company is not obligated to award any future grants of stock options or other form of equity compensation to Executive during Executive's employment with the Company.

  • Discretionary Bonuses The Employee shall participate in an equitable manner with all other senior management employees of the Bank in discretionary bonuses that the Board may award from time to time to the Bank’s senior management employees. To the extent the Executive does participate in a Plan and the Plan does not expressly provide otherwise, the Chief Executive Officer and/or the Board, as appropriate, may determine all terms of participation (including, without limitation, the type and size of any award, payment or other compensation and the timing and conditions of receipt thereof by the Executive) in the Chief Executive Officer’s or the Board’s sole and absolute discretion. Nothing herein shall be deemed to prohibit the Company or the Board from amending or terminating any and all Plans in its sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise provided herein, the terms of each Plan shall govern the Executive’s rights and obligations thereunder during the Executive’s employment and upon the termination thereof. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the definition of “Cause” hereunder shall not supersede the definition of “cause” in any Plan (unless the Plan expressly defers to the definition of “cause” under an executive’s employment agreement) and any rights of the Executive hereunder upon and subsequent to the termination of the Executive’s employment shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any right of the Executive under any Plan then in effect upon or subsequent to a termination of employment.

  • Performance Bonuses The Executive will be eligible to receive an annual cash bonus at an annualized rate of up to 40% of his base salary, based on the achievement of reasonable individual and Company performance targets to be established by the Company and Parent.
