Penalty Rates. 22.1 Permanent Employees (other than casuals) shall be paid at the rate of time and a- quarter for all ordinary hours of work on a Saturday and/or Sunday. 22.2 Casuals Employees shall be paid in accordance with clause 12 for all ordinary hours of work on a Saturday and/or Sunday. 22.3 All work performed outside the ordinary hours of work in clause 24, will be paid in accordance with clause 26. 22.4 Where an Employee works on a public holiday, the Employee will be paid in accordance with clause 39.
