Co-Chairpersons. The Company shall identify one Management member of the Joint Committees and the Union shall identity one Union member of the Joint Committee as Co-Chairpersons of the Committee. The Co-Chairpersons may act on the behalf of the Committee, where in agreement, on matters where consultation at a full committee meeting is not considered necessary or appropriate. The Co-Chairperson appointed by the Company shall be the Health and Safety Coordinator or his/her designate who shall have authority to resolve safety matters in his/her capacity as the Company's Co-Chairperson. In the absence of the Union Co-Chairperson, another Certified Worker shall act on his/her behalf.
Co-Chairpersons. One of each Party’s representatives to the JSC will be designated as a co-chairperson. The co-chairpersons will be responsible for calling meetings and preparing and circulating an agenda in advance of each meeting, and preparing minutes of each meeting.
Co-Chairpersons. Each Party shall designate one of its members of the JSC and JRDC, respectively, as a co-chairperson (each, a “Co-Chairperson”) of such committee. The Co-Chairpersons shall have the following roles and responsibilities: (a) to call meetings of the relevant committee, send notice of each such meeting and designate the time, date and place of each such meeting; (b) to convene or poll the members of the relevant committee by other permitted means; (c) to establish a reasonably detailed agenda, including identification of relevant supporting information and materials to be discussed during such meeting, for each meeting of the relevant committee, subject to the right of any member of such committee to add additional agenda items at any meeting; and (d) to promptly draft and finalize minutes of each meeting of such committee, for review and approval by members of such committee at the following meeting. Each Co-Chairperson shall sign and date the final minutes.
Co-Chairpersons. Each Party shall appoint one of its members to co-chair Steering Committee meetings (each a “Co-Chairperson”). The Co-Chairpersons shall attend meetings, ensure the orderly conduct of meetings, and ensure that written minutes of each meeting are taken and issued to each of the Parties.
Co-Chairpersons. Co-Chairpersons shall be elected by and from the LPDC members, with one person being a bargaining unit member and one being an administrator. A secretary shall be elected in the same manner.
Co-Chairpersons. The Employer and the Union shall each elect a co-chairperson from their respective groups. The Union's co-chairperson shall be a member of the main Health and Safety Committee.
Co-Chairpersons. Each Party shall appoint one of its members in each Committee to co-chair such Committee’s meetings (each, a “Co-Chairperson”). The Co-Chairpersons shall (i) ensure the orderly conduct of the Committee’s meetings, (ii) attend each Committee meeting (either in-person, by videoconference or telephonically), and (iii) ensure the preparation and issuance of written minutes of each meeting within thirty (30) days thereafter accurately reflecting the discussions and decisions of such meeting. Unless otherwise agreed, the Committee shall have at least one (1) representative with relevant decision-making authority from each Party such that the Committee is able to effectuate all of its decisions within the scope of its responsibilities. In the event the Co-Chair from either Party is unable to attend or participate in a Committee meeting, the Party who designated such Co-Chairperson may designate a substitute Co-Chairperson for the meeting in its sole discretion.
Co-Chairpersons. Each Party shall designate one of its members of the JRC as a co-chairperson (each, a “Co-Chairperson”) of such committee. The Co-Chairpersons, in consultation with the Alliance Managers, shall have the following roles and responsibilities: (a) to call meetings, send notice of each such meeting and designate the time, date and place of each such meeting, (b) to convene or poll the members by other permitted means, and (c) to sign and date the final minutes of any meeting of the JRC.
Co-Chairpersons. The Company agrees to train the Union Health and Safety Committee in Health and Safety Law within the lifetime of this agreement, which will be done by the Workers Health and Safety Centre or
Co-Chairpersons. One representative of Maxim and one representative of Roche on the JDC will be selected as co-chairpersons of the JDC. The co-chairpersons of the JDC will have alternating responsibility for preparing and circulating an agenda in advance of each meeting and preparing and issuing minutes of each meeting within 30 days thereafter, which minutes will report in reasonable detail the actions taken by the JDC, the status of any ongoing development programs, issues requiring resolution and resolutions of previously reported issues. Final minutes of JDC meetings are to be signed by both of the JDC co-chairpersons.
