Performance Management Procedure. 25.1 Where the Employer is considering whether to terminate an Employee’s employment for reasons related to performance, the Employer will apply the procedure in this clause.
Performance Management Procedure. Stramit will be consistent applying the performance management protocols including disciplinary action. Stramit will adhere to principles of natural justice and procedural fairness when applying the provisions contained in this clause. As a minimum Stramit will: o Conduct a suitable investigation process to establish the facts and circumstances of the performance issue; o Provide the employee with the details of the allegations or performance concerns and allow them a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for a response to be provided; o Allow the employee to have a support person present at any stage of the process Where there are repeated acts of misconduct or ongoing poor performance a progressive disciplinary approach will be taken to assist an employee to understand that their conduct or performance is inappropriate but provides the opportunity for the employee to improve.

  • Performance Monitoring A. Performance Monitoring of Subrecipient by County, State of California and/or HUD shall consist of requested and/or required written reporting, as well as onsite monitoring by County, State of California or HUD representatives.

  • Performance Improvement Process 9.5.1 The purpose of the Performance Improvement Process is to remedy or mitigate the impact of a Performance Factor. The Performance Improvement Process may include: a requirement that the Hospital develop an Improvement Plan; or an amendment of the Hospital’s obligations as mutually agreed by the parties.

  • Performance Review Where a performance review of an employee’s performance is carried out, the employee shall be given sufficient opportunity after the interview to read and review the performance review. Provision shall be made on the performance review form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee’s signature in two (2) places, one (1) indicating that the employee has read and accepts the performance review, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the performance review. The employee shall sign in only one (1) of the places provided. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of a performance review unless the signature indicates disagreement. An employee shall, upon request, receive a copy of this performance review at the time of signing. An employee’s performance review shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure of this Agreement. The employee may respond, in writing, to the performance review. Such response will be attached to the performance review.
