Periodic Maintenance. (Product only) Periodic Maintenance (“PM”) services will consist of routine maintenance services required to keep the Products in proper operating condition. Additional scheduled PMs may be purchased to supplement coverage. Note: PM services MAY NOT be included in the Standard Plan for a particular Product.

Periodic Maintenance. Generally It is suggested that observations be made at selected test points throughout the premises where ionisation equipment has been fitted. There is no legal obligation to undertake tests but mandatory testing of water quality and temperatures may be enforced by Code of Practice in public premises. Weekly Testing for residual silver should be undertaken at weekly intervals (or as thought to be useful in specific circumstances). These results should enable the fine-tuning of the EHPC Ltd. apparatus. These results should be logged in the same way as micro-biological tests and temperature testing and be available for inspection. The electrodes should be removed and cleaned and refitted unless badly worn. This should be done under contract with EHPC Ltd.
Periodic Maintenance. MCM shall, upon expiration of the warranty period as defined in Section 6.1.1 below, and upon payment of the Maintenance Agreement fees specified herein, provide Client with the following ongoing Maintenance for the Software:
3.2.1 Updates and such other changes to the Software periodically distributed by MCM as standard releases to the Software.
3.2.2 In the event of a material defect which does not permit the Software to operate substantially in accordance with MCM’s Documentation, MCM shall, during the term of the Maintenance Agreement, perform the services described in Section 6.1.3; provided, however, that Client fulfills the obligations set forth therein, and malfunctions occur in a supported version of the Software.
3.2.3 MCM shall have no responsibility to perform Maintenance upon superseded releases of the Software, except that MCM will continue to provide support for such superseded releases for a period of six months from the published date of each superseding release.
Periodic Maintenance. 4 Preventative Maintenance visits are included in this Agreement. The first maintenance visit will occur approximately 90 days (3 months) after the Factory Startup completion date or 30 days (1 month) after the Agreement has been signed by both parties and will repeat quarterly for a total of 4 maintenance visits.
Periodic Maintenance. 1) If the Particulars indicate that this shall be a Periodic Maintenance Contract then the Maintenance Provider shall in Normal Working Hours carry out periodic maintenance at the intervals specified in the Particulars.
2) The Maintenance Provider shall not be responsible for costs of repair work or for any servicing other than listed in Clause 3.1.
3) If the agreed interval is not in line with the manufacturer's recommendation it is the Customer’s obligation to arrange additional maintenance to meet these recommendations.
Periodic Maintenance. As part of Dealer’s after-sales support service, Dealer agrees to follow the maintenance recommendations and procedures described in Exhibit D. Dealer shall provide to each End-User a written recommendation that all service and maintenance be performed by a professional who is licensed or qualified under applicable state or local laws and regulations. Dealer acknowledges that, as specified in the Warranty Terms and Conditions, each End-User is required to perform periodic maintenance of the Products in order to continue to receive the benefits of the Company’s warranty, and Dealer agrees to inform each End-User of that condition.
Periodic Maintenance. Contractor shall perform periodic maintenance on all equipment and Rolling Stock at least to Standard Operating Practices.
Periodic Maintenance. WolfePak will periodically conduct routine scheduled maintenance, during which time the System or WolfePak Platform will be inaccessible. Weekly maintenance will be conducted 0700 to 1200 Central Standard Time (CST) that same day. Any active connections at this time will receive a warning 5 minutes before the connection is automatically terminated. WolfePak is not liable for any loss of data or interruption to work during this or any maintenance period.
Periodic Maintenance. There are some cases when the self-healing system cannot recover the wireless sensor node(s) in a testbed from its state of malfunctioning. In such cases, respective admin- istrator(s) intervention is necessary to ensure proper recovery of the affected wireless sensor node(s). Pre-defined maintenance time slots can also help the administrators to fix any malfunctioning. This helps to fix any malfunctioning without affecting the results of any experiments.
