Customer service will ask you questions to determine your eligibility under this limited warranty. If you are eligible, a replacement order, repair order or refund will be issued, and you will be given instructions for returning the defective Product, postage paid. If we choose to send you a replacement or to repair your Product, we will pay the cost of shipping the replacement or repaired Product to you.

Consumer is the only individual eligible for coverage. Consumer must have received the treated item(s) from RCW free of stains or damage. This Warranty does not cover stains or damage resulting from transit of treated item(s). If the treated item(s) is/are not maintained as required by the furniture manufacturer warranty or Consumer does not cooperate with the reasonable request of RCW in its efforts to perform its obligations, this Warranty becomes void.
