Periodic Payroll Periods. The Plan Manager, in its sole discretion, may require that Hours of Service credited be determined on the basis of periodic payroll periods. The Plan Manager's determination shall be made on a nondiscriminatory basis and shall be uniformly and consistently applied to all Employees and Participants of each classification covered under the Plan; provided, however, that such classifications shall themselves be reasonable and consistently determined and applied. In such event, if an Employee is compensated on the basis of one of the following periodic payroll periods he shall be credited with the Hours of Service for such period during which he would be credited with at least one Hour of Service in accordance with Section 2.1, determined as follows: If the Employee's Periodic Payroll Period Is He Shall Be Credited With ----------------- ------------------------- Day of employment 10 Hours of Service Week of employment 45 Hours of Service Semi-monthly employment period 95 Hours of Service Monthly employment period 190 Hours of Service If an Employee is not compensated on one of the above periodic payroll periods, he shall be credited with 10 Hours of Service for each day of employment during which he would be credited with at least one Hour of Service in accordance with Section 2.1.

  • Periodic Payments GLAIC will pay the Policyholder the amounts specified in the Accumulation Fund Schedule as Periodic Payouts, including the Maturity Payout, on the dates specified (subject to Section 4.7). Such payment amounts are adjusted to reflect any other payment payable under this Section of the Policy. The interest factor used in making such adjustments is the Guaranteed Rate.

  • Meal Periods (a) Meal periods shall be scheduled as close as possible to the middle of the scheduled hours of work.
